Losing b belly and overall weight loss
For context I posted before seeking advice on how to lose b belly and overall weight loss. My stomach was more puffy a week ago and I have been drinking apple cider on a daily basis and doing kettlebell exercise. Not sure if it’s due to me being bloated but my stomach is less puffy/bloated as compared to before and I didn’t make any changes to my diet.

Made my first money bowl today !!
Made my first bowl bowl today and hopefully it turns out well ! I added some glamour oil to it not sure if it will makes a difference. How often should I change my money bowl ? Understand that I have to feed it regularly does it mean just adding more notes and coins into it ? TIA :)

Need Advise on losing B Belly and overall weight loss
I (25F) is 148cm and 50kg. I have gain around 10kg ever since I started dating my partner and I feel that it’s so hard for me to lose weight now :(
I gained a lot of fats on my hips, stomach and thigh and I have been trying to do some kettlebell exercise now but I’m not sure if it will help.
Was wondering if it’s more ideal for me to lose overall weight or target specific body parts for fat lost. Wanted to start running but I’m afraid that I will end up losing my boobs hahaha . TIA :)

Hi all~
I recently applied for a Wealth Management Manager position and have an interview next week.
Hoping to get some insights from those currently in the industry:
1.What interview questions should I expect?
2.What’s the day to day like? If you don’t hit your KPIs for a few months are you at risk of getting terminated?
3.How tough is the interview process, and what are the chances of getting in?
4.For the top performers, what kind of numbers are they hitting in terms of cases closed or clients acquired?
- Understand that it would be better to wear a blazer for the interview, should I invest in one ?

Hello everybody ~ just wanna check if anybody knows the name of the Mala Store at Vivo city Kopitiam before they undergo renovation.. they served their Mala with a bowl of their own chilli and I have been craving for it haahah.
