William Vacanarat Shadrach Tubman, President of the Great State of Liberia, has secured a new trade pact with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Secretary of State Gabriel Lafayette Dennis, Secretary of the Treasury William E. Dennis, Secretary of the Interior S. David Coleman, Secretary of Public Works and Services Henry B. Duncan, Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce John W. Cooper applaud and congratulate this magnificent economic plan agreed upon with the USSR.

What does the great state of Liberia receive?

A new railroad will begin from the Careysburg District, connecting the main residential areas to Yekepa.

Two railway depots and new Soviet locomotives, each specially modified to run on tracks also used in the UK and France.

Economic gains from the sale of materials from new industries.

The USSR will receive an excursion zone around a new uranium mine, which the state will cede for their own uranium production.

An embassy and a consulate in the capital, and a very large quantity of rubber from rubber trees and plantations.

Party and state secretaries, political opponents, bow to the president's remarkable ability to govern, especially given the new economic maneuvers of the new decade.

If re-elected, President Tubman will be careful to enrich and improve relations with the socialist-communist-Soviet blocs around the world, emphasizing their ability to be incredibly helpful and benevolent.
