Cramping

I’m 11w1d today, and yesterday I had experienced weird cramping off and on all day. It would go from my left side to the middle, and it would just be one cramp that felt like a jab at a time and then I’d get another one a few minutes later. This went on several times over an hour. And then I would have a break of nothing for a few hours and it would come back and receive the repeat that same pattern., One little jab/cramp and then nothing for a few minutes then another one. No bleeding, no intense pain, but it’s startling that it happened throughout the day, and sometimes it would just be when I was sitting. This morning I woke up and was a little gassy, but I’m just worried because having less symptoms today. I feel like I have reached out to my OB‘s office so much regarding different crampy feelings over the past few weeks and I just don’t want to annoy them anymore if it’s nothing. Does anyone else experience or have experienced this?

Favorite travel system

Looking for advice and personal input on your favorite travel system, stroller/car seat combos! I would like something durable, and that can do well for walks/trails. I initially looked into the Evenflo Shyft Intuity system, because I thought the lighting on it was a bonus and nice for driving at night. But I’ve heard mixed reviews, and that it’s super heavy and the battery needs to be recharged all the time. I do like the overall look of that system, so something comparable would be nice!

Swimming in lake?

My hubby and I got invited to go to the beach on Sunday. I’ll be exactly 10 weeks. Does anyone know if it is safe to get in the water in a lake? It’s going to be so hot, so I don’t want to go and just sit on the beach if I can’t get in. And if I don’t get in, it will look suspicious and nobody that’s going to be there knows I’m pregnant yet.

Migraine with aura first trimester

I am currently experiencing a migraine with aura at eight weeks five days pregnant. I am terrified, as the last time this happened was over a year ago and that ended in a loss. I am not sure what to do or if I should call my OB’s office. I’m not sure that they would even do anything for me. Everything I’ve read said a surge in estrogen could cause this, but that could be a drop in estrogen if something is wrong. Does anyone have experience with this or have experienced this and everything turned out fine? I’m honestly terrified as the last time I had one ended in a loss. I’m not sure if I should call my OB‘s office.

Fell at 6.5 weeks

Just as the title says, I took a fall a little bit ago and am 6.5 weeks. I was getting started on my nightly walk on my walking pad and it started up as I was setting my watch into workout mode. I fell backward, landing hard partially on my butt/right side. I caught myself on my wrist. I crawled off it and was quite disoriented/startled. It knocked the wind out of me. My concern is if I should go get checked out in the ER. My first OB appt is in the morning and am getting my first ultrasound as well. I am not bleeding or cramping, just a little shaken up. would I be okay to just wait until my appt in the morning and let them know there? Thanks so much for any advice.

Pinnacle

I am looking for advice from people who have used Pinnacle Fertility and their experiences. We started this process a couple months ago, with consultation in April. I haven’t yet paid for IVF. I’m currently in the middle of pre-IVF labs and tests with Pinnacle. I’m beyond frustrated with my coordinator and the lack of communication. Twice now, I’ve had to reach out to her after receiving labs and other stuff to confirm she got them, when she should’ve told me she did first. And there’s days-week long wait in between me asking questions, before I’m reaching out again with the same questions! Still waiting to schedule my hysteroscopy, and haven’t paid for IVF yet. Heavily leaning toward finding a new clinic. Just want to know if I should be patient or switch before I get in too deep with them and it’s harder to switch, and also giving thousands more. I really hate that they’re owned by private equity, but my OB highly recommended the RE there and did her residency with him. It was before the clinic was bought by Pinnacle, though

Hi everyone
Im a first time poster in here.
I am almost 36. Last year in May I found out I was pregnant. Sadly in June, I had a missed miscarriage at almost 9 weeks. I had regular periods for a couple months after, and we started trying again in September. By December, my periods had started becoming irregular. My OB did a full bloodwork panel, and sadly, my AMH is low (0.7). She put me on several cycles of Letrozole, and everything balanced out. She also referred my husband and I to an endocrinologist. We had a consultation a few weeks ago. He gave us a lot of information, and said, although it is still can happen naturally, it could take longer. He also suggested IUI, but the success rates are lower for that. He said our best chances are IVF. He also wants to do some testing beforehand, as well as my husband having his sperm checked. I just want to know what everyone’s thoughts are based on what I have shared and if you had any success with a low AMH. We are blessed to be able to even consider IVF, but we are worried how our chances may be. It’s a lot of money to lose if it doesn’t work out, not to mention heartache and emotional stress.
We are going to still go through with a sperm analysis and a saline sonogram as well as new bloodwork for me before we commit to anything. Would just like some thoughts on anyone who has been in a similar situation or have had low AMH with success rates with IVF.
Thank you!
