We were laid off from Ubisoft after saving the company, and am now making our own game.

Ubisoft was having terrible releases year after year. We rallied together and put together Black Flag Resynced. But before the game was even out, Ubisoft pulled the plug on our team, and laid off 50 workers. Since then some of us have banded together to form a team and make a Steam game.

I collaborated with a cosplayer for my game.

Ok, since I was looking for alternatives art forms for concept art in the game, (not using AI), I decided, for our upcoming fantasy game about an elf in a magic labyrinth (Puzzle Mage), Iwould collaborate with a cosplayer. I was wondering if anyone has any preferred shots of the portraits? This would be painted over in photoshop and used as loading screen between levels. Keep in mind there is still a post-processing that needs to be done.

Puzzle Mage just hit 600 wishlists!!!

I know it's a small milestone in the grand scheme of things, but I'm genuinely grateful that 600 people have wishlisted my game. As a solo developer, I tend to keep this project pretty close to the chest and don't talk about it much with friends or family. Marketing has definitely been a learning process, and finding a rhythm takes time when you're doing everything yourself.

That said, I'm honestly blown away and incredibly happy to have reached this point.

If you'd like to take a look, feel free to check it out:
