Hello NEET frens, its been a while. I used to be a regular on this subreddit a few months ago but lost details to old account.

My Life has had its ups and downs.

One of my close irl frens is in the hospital because he tried to kill him self from overdosage. He is slowly recovering. Ive been diagnosed with PTSD thanks to a job i had in 2024. Myself and another friend are at risk of homelessness soon. My local council has done jack shit to help so far. And my disabillitybux applications have been unsuccesful so far.

On the positive side im finally getting somewhere in trying to become a train driver. Have to go to company headquarters for psychometric testing. I am on stage 3 of 7 in the process. It typically takes a year to even get the job. Whilst i dont want to work. Its the only job i feel like id enjoy. Plus the pay is good.

Its very hard for me to stay in an optimistic mood. I cannot fuck up the exam ive been trying to get into this for years.

Today i had to walk to my pharmacy to collect my monthly meds supply. On the walk back a couple approached me (im guessing there around 16-17 years old)

"Look at my boyfriend" the girl says snarkly

The boyfriend looks at me and cant stop smirking.

"I dont care, fuck off" i say, so they do.

I overhear them talking shit whilst walking away.

"Do you have a fucking problem" i yell.

"I will fuck you up" the boyfriend says.

I proceed to give them the finger and walk away. I was so close to fighting them. It wasnt worth it.

And this is exactly why i refuse to go outside unless i have to.

Going to my very last restart appointment on tuesday.

What should i typically expect from this? Ive heard they try to "encourage" you to stay on for another 6 months but thats not mandatory. Other than that what should i prepare for, is there any paperwork i need to sign etc

CONTEXT: 2 Weeks ago i volunteered to work an upaid work placement that job centre recommendated me. It was never mandated and it is NOT on my commitments or work plan.

Today was my first day of a 4 week unpaid work experience placement at major retail company. Shift went well until the last 2 minutes. My trainer told me to pack up and grab my belongings and i am free to leave. Once i grab my belongings the buisness manager yelled at me for trying to leave 2 minutes early. She proceeds to yell at me demanding to do a mandatory search to prevent a loss of items and by having my phone in my pocket to simply tell the time. I ask her her how im supposed to tell the time since theres no clocks in store. She ignores me completely.

My anxiety is already bad and the jobcentre are well aware of said mental health problems.

QUESTION: will i get sanctioned for refusing to go? Should i inform the jobcentre?

I returned my sky TV equipment in october. Everything was sent back on time. I have proof of this in the mysky app and my emails. Since november i have had a debt of £38 for apparrently not returning equipment.

Since last week they keep harrasing me with calls about said debt.

Today they told me they wont remove the amount of debt unless i get a sky tv subscription again. Which i refused. Anyone got any advice?
