Undocumented students won't be able to attend college. So I guess I am screwed. (Florida)

I do know that obviously I will have to sit and wait until the ban gets lifted. I got wind of the news today and couldn't believe it. So much effort, even dual enrollment and early admission, applying for scholarships and preping down the drain. I am sure I am not elegible so there is really not room to fight for.

Tbh I am probably just posting this to bent and maybe empathize if anyone is in the same boat. And see if anyone has any miraculously good news of "well x group is suing and that won't likely last long."

IDK. I ma sorry if you are in the same boat. Stay strong.

What's the worst that could happen if I am wrong about being an elegible non citizen?

I tried filling the FASFA and I am not sure wheter I am elegible or non elegible. No one I have asked can tell me anything clear.

I couldn't proceed if I filled as non elegible non citizen so I went to see what the proof required to where if I clicked the "elegible non citizen" option. It asked me for my Alien number and upon looking it is on my work permit.

I came from Cuba and I am not a resident or parole. I am waiting for trial. I do have an employment authorization, driver's license, passport, etc, and of course an A number.

Now assuming I submitted it with my A number and it turned out I was wrong and I am not elegible, what's the worst that could happen? Will my FASFA application just get rejected or am I getting charged with something?

I know it sounds ridiculous, but I have no idea what the consequence for unintentionally lying on an federal application could be.

Any ideas.

Questions about the "Pay Less Fees!" task to prove Florida residency for tuition purposes.

Some time ago, I received the "Pay Less Fees!" task, inquiring if I qualify as a Florida resident for tuition purposes. I am not sure what or how to answer.

Are there any resources I can contact for assistance filling it out? In the Financial Aid Office, for example. If so, do you know how I can make an appointment?

Does anyone have any experience or advice on filling it?

The task was due back in May. I am quite late in filling it. Will that cause me any major trouble?

What's the difference between MAC2312 and STA2023? Which one would be more accessible?

I finished MAC2311 and it was hard in its own way. What would be best for me to take next?

Dr. Sapna Gupta CHM 2210 & L?

I need to take CHM2210 and CHM2210L as a requirement for my AA. The only available teacher in Lake Worth campus for these classes was her, but her ratings on ratemyprofessor are astronomically bad.

The only 2 other options are in Boca Raton and Gardens. Which is inconvenient to say the least.

Has anyone taken a class with her? Is it as bad as people in rate my professor say?
