I just saw something where Janet is a registered Republican! Maybe an old story? However, it rubbed me the wrong way as she pretends to be “woke” on social media, tried to paint the Bookos as MAGA, yet she is actively voting against the very community she claims to support. Honestly, I’d prefer she just be MAGA than a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Is there anything real about this woman? Her whole existence appears to be a facade — a persona she manufactured (chain restaurants, Dave & Busters, vanilla sex, etc). She has an authenticity problem.

I think things have been bad between Scheana & Janet for longer than we know. We just found out a couple weeks ago that Janet had betrayed Scheana last summer, so things have been seemingly frosty since then. While Scheana never made that public, looking back, it does appear that she put up a boundary with Janet. We really haven’t seen them together a lot this year.

I always thought it was weird how Janet was moving. She seemed to befriend everyone that was starting beef with Scheana over the last year…Lala (became closer with), Tamra, Katie Ginella, etc.

I’m sorry, but if you’re a so-called close friend, you don’t start new friendships with people who are lying about your friends. Didn’t Katie Ginella hire Scheana’s ex-husband for her watch party? And then Janet had Katie at her bday party last month? That’s just weird, mean girl behavior. Especially after finding out that Janet is the reason for things taking a negative shift in their relationship. She betrayed her and instead of working to rebuild that trust, Janet became chummy with Scheana’s enemies? Assuming Janet & Scheana haven’t been good for the last year, it’s still super shitty to go and do all of that. Very immature.

Say what you may about Scheana — karma for Ariana, etc — but I kind of feel bad for her here. Hopefully she’s filling these female friendship voids with women of substance and not just repeating the same patterns of letting people into her life who don’t have good intentions.

Janet now has her own reality tv fame, so she no longer has a need for Scheana.

Watching her on the show, and she reminds me sooooo much of someone from my past who has BPD. I wasn’t as familiar with it until recent years, so I didn’t pick up on it during her VPR days. Has this been discussed before?

This makes a lot more sense. Can totally see Scheana making a little joke like that.

Seems like Jessi is trying to get back at Scheana for exposing her affair with Marciano last year.

I think we can mostly all agree that Lala clocking Danny’s behavior was necessary.

Here’s where I struggle in giving her any personal kudos for that or using this as an example of her “growth.” I think we have seen time & time again how she is just a mouthpiece for production. If production had decided they weren’t going to make Danny’s behavior a storyline this season (and left it on the editing room floor) and decided what they really needed was a final takedown of Janet, then Lala would have been leading the charge to criticize and pick apart Janet’s apology to Nia.

I get that it’s a produced tv show, so “authenticity” will always come with an asterisk, but herein lies the problem with hiring a known personality like Lala: the audience knows her tricks and tells. Thus, we will never be able to trust her motivations or movements in a show. She’s never been honest about her personal life on tv. Whether she was denying the reality of her affair or then acting like Randall was the best guy ever, only to end things off camera and then he’s all of a sudden the worst man in America. And he might be, but she did what she’s now accusing Nia of doing — protecting a gross man.

Can anyone actually say they have an idea who the real Lala is? I mean, she even said the whole bottle bit was a lie. And I saw somewhere how her whole IUI journey was planned out so she could get three seasons of storyline out of it, although that was thwarted by VPR getting rebooted.

And I mean, she won’t say whose DMs she’s sliding into, yet she fake flirts with a lifeguard at a kids party. I fear that while she might sometimes have the right messaging, she’s not a reliable narrator, and long term, her inauthenticity is going to damage “The Valley” — or whatever show she’s on.

Am I wrong here?

Lala put out a whole “clapback” podcast episode today responding to Mauricio calling her a liar, but I think the nuance here is important. Mauricio wasn’t calling her a liar for saying he DM’d her — he literally posted the DM himself. He was calling her a liar for the way she framed it publicly.

Lala said she never opened/read the message, yet she also shared that he asked her to get coffee — which naturally created a certain implication around the interaction. The issue is, the coffee line was at the end of the DM. So if she never actually read the message, how did she know that detail?

That’s why this feels less like an outright lie and more like intentional framing. Lala is incredibly media savvy and knows exactly how to present something in the most headline-generating way possible while still leaving herself wiggle room later. Listening back, it honestly felt like she knew the story would spark speculation, discourse, headlines, and podcast clicks… and it did. Now there’s an entire follow-up episode about it and everyone’s talking.

Not really taking either side because Mau DMing her at all is still a little weird. But if he felt she was intentionally presenting the exchange in a misleading way to imply something flirtier than reality, I can understand why he publicly pushed back. Curious what everyone else thinks.

Ally was on Scheana’s podcast this week and goes into more detail about how hard it was to break the cycle of toxicity in her relationship with James and walk away for good. She credits Scheana and her mom for being the ones to help get her through, and talks about just how hard it was at times to maintain that boundary. If you’ve ever been in an abusive relationship, then you know just how difficult it can be to get out (and stay out). Major props to Ally for the strength that took, along with Scheana & Ally’s mom for pulling her through.

But listening to that back and remembering how Ally previously revealed that Lisa Vanderpump called her after the breakup and tried to convince her to take James back, I’m not going to lie, I’m fuming. No wonder Scheana has been on one to expose LVP since then. If I was trying to get my friend out of a DV relationship, and our “boss” (former, I know, but person of great influence in their lives) was trying to convince her to take the abuser back, I’d be seeing red.

Did anyone see the post that B&C made today about Lala producing a certain storyline during Season 11? Not sure of the exact rules about sharing info from there…

The blind item basically claims that during filming of S11, production told the cast they needed to “dial it up” or the season/show could be in trouble. Supposedly after that, Lala told producers about a story Scheana had privately shared with her about Schwartz making a move on her in Vegas years before, and production then pushed Schwartz to bring it up on camera.

Also claims Lala pretended she was hearing it for the first time in scene and waited until Scheana was drunk later that night to have it brought up so she’d be caught off guard. The overall implication was that the whole storyline was kind of manufactured behind the scenes by Lala and that Scheana/Schwartz allegedly had/have no idea she was behind it.

Anyone watching WWHL right now? Lala essentially just confirmed that LVP did indeed try to coax her into hooking up with Sandoval for a Season 11 storyline.
