Hi everyone, I just got a brand new Creality CR-10 SE, but I am having a problem. Whenever the build plate moves backward, it slams into the back of the printer and makes a grinding noise. It seems like it doesn’t know when to stop. Is there a fix for this, or is my printer defective?
