Where do y’all get inspo for high protein recepies?

Tbh I don’t know what else to eat haha, I’m not a creative person in the kitchen so all I can think is rice and chicken, eggs and Greek yogurt. Where do y’all get your recepies, are there any books or cooking influencers you recommend? I would also guess that you adjust the portions depending on your weight, activities and goals

Feeling numb but not depressed

For the past month I’ve waken up to a numbness and without any motivation at and I’m also very easily irritated but I don’t think I’m depressed: I’ve been working out more than ever, story, reduced my social media consumption among other things. I don’t want to keep waking up feeling like there’s no excitement in my life and I don’t want this to later develop into depression, but I don’t know what to do.

Study tips for programming

I am a finance and accounting student who wants to break into data analysis. I recently took an introduction to python course and did well but it was very basic obviously. How do programmers study to be able lo make long codes fluently without having to rely mostly on AI?

Master, CFA, any other options?

I am almost done with my finance and accounting major and doing my second internship, I’ve come to realize I don’t want to spend the rest of my life in an office. Is it worth it paying a masters? I was thinking data analytics or data science since I want a job I can do completely remote or what other options are there for me? I really like finance so I don’t really want to do a full career change, just open my options.

What is an advice you would give to someone who is starting to learn?

I am almost done with my major in finance and accounting, but never really got into learning how to code and create functional dashboards or data analytics and I want to complement my professional skills. What is an advice that you would give me? Do you think it’s worth it to study a masters in data analytics or even data science? Or you think I could just learn with tools online? If you’re someone who learned by your own, could you also give me some advice please?

1.70m and 70.6kg

I’m 21 and have been bulking since the year started. I started at 64kg (don’t have comparison pics) and have gained a considerable amount of muscle, but I still feel small to stop but tbh I’m feeling fat too. What should I do? If your answer is keep bulking, how long you think I should continue? And yes, I do train legs, they are proportional to my upper body.
