Flying DJI Neo 2 in Greece/Lefkada (vacation) - What should I do/know before taking it with me?

Hello everyone,

My girlfriend and I just scheduled our vacation to Lefkada for July. We are from Serbia and I would really love to take my DJI Neo 2 with me to take some videos, pictures and make some memories.

I don't know anyone who has done this, especially since we are crossing two borders (North Macedonia + Greece).

Can someone explain to me, step by step:

  1. What do I need to do before leaving Serbia? (registration, certificate, insurance?)
  2. What happens at the borders? Do customs care about a small drone?
  3. Once in Greece, what do I need to do before each flight? (that DAGR website?)
  4. What are the real risks? Can I just fly over a quiet beach or will someone stop me?

I'm not looking for shortcuts. I just need someone to explain the whole process like I'm five years old.

Edit: If this whole process is too complicated I would just leave it home.

Thanks a lot

I’ve been practicing for the CCNA using Jeremy’s practice exams on Udemy before moving on to Boson ExSim, and I just scored 69% on my first try (missed it by 1% 😅).

I have a couple of questions, since I didn’t really expect to pass the test on the first attempt.

It didn’t seem too hard overall, but I kept losing focus because there was too much information in the questions. I realized I need to improve my subnetting and spanning tree. Did you have a similar experience with how the questions are structured, and how did you overcome it?

One thing that’s confusing me is whether there are partial credits on the actual exam. I’m not sure how relevant a 69% score is if the real exam only accepts fully correct answers.

Also, how do Jeremy’s exams compare to the real one in terms of difficulty? I’d really like to get a realistic picture, because I have mixed feelings even though I “almost” passed.

Thanks!
