Asked for a raise was told to find another job. So I did

They then asked if on my last ship I could prep everything for a month and freeze it, so I didn’t show up and started my vacation early I start my new job Monday at $7/hr higher than what I asked them for

Mold in oyster sauce

Saw this mold start to form about a month or so ago and in the last two weeks it’s only grown up instead of out and it makes me curious

These had a sap like top and the older one was ridged on the top and I enjoyed that

What are these guys I found by the creek in Pittsburgh

The first three pictures were one growing on a pine root on the way down. Then I have three pictures of what I think are lichens but unsure what kind. And the last one is a bad photo so unsure if anyone will be able to tell me but the white looked like the start of a puffball or lions mane so I figured I'd check it out again in a few days. Thank you all

Also notable the stalk was "rooted" and hollow
