I find listening to music to be a waste of time. I’d much rather be listening to a podcast or an audiobook. Every once in a great while, I’ll put some music on, or I’ll listen to the radio in the car. However, I rarely ever go out of my way to listen to music.
I feel like I might be the only one who feels this way.
It was fun learning some basics of book making and there was no pressure since it’s a junk journal, so it doesn’t have to be perfect. I used twine to wrap around to secure the signatures. I was not quite ready to try sewing them. I’ll do that next time probably.
Anyway, if you haven’t made your own journal/notebook, you should!
It’s has some flaws, but I’m proud of myself for trying something new! It’s got old graph paper, construction paper, scrap paper, book pages, and plain letter paper.
I’m just curious what’s the average age of the avid player? Is 31 too old for games? 😅 I am able to play for about an hour a day, and it’s sometimes the best part of my day.
Edit: Thank you for the positive responses!! I was shamed big time at the beginning of the year by some people that are no longer in my life 💁♀️ I took a break from stardew, and I missed it so much. And now I’m back to playing it almost everyday. And seeing all your ages, I have no shame! What a diverse community. 💗

The names sound pretty and people aren’t likely to notice the origin. It’s not like I’d choose Satan or something. This is what I had in mind:
Astoreth, Azazel, Baal/Baalim, Beelzebub, Belial, Chemos, Dagon, Mammon, Moloch, Mulciber, Nisroch, Rimmon and Thammuz.
This is more of an exhaustive list than me wanting to use every one of these names. I think Beelzebub is too recognisable for example.
I think this is the meanest sub I’ve come across for real. These people posting are literally trying to name their bundles of joy, or share the name they chose for the most precious thing in their life, and you people just shit on them. I’m not saying you can never express your dislike for a name, but do it more tactfully and read the room. And downvoting someone in the comments who shares the name of their kid and didn’t even ask for opinions is so rude and unnecessary.
The amount of comments of mine that I come back to on this sub that the original post is deleted because y’all are so freakin rude is astonishing.

My best friend is currently hospitalized with a bowel obstruction. Luckily she didn’t need surgery this time. I got the okay from her to come visit tonight. She is going home Saturday possibly. Is there anything I should bring her? Would flowers be a nice gesture? Is there anything else you would have appreciated when you were hospitalized?

I’ve been thinking about this and tell me if I’m wrong.
If a parent who is expecting a baby tells you or makes a post about the name they are considering, you can be honest and say your thoughts if you don’t like it. Unless of course, they say their name is firm and nothing can change our mind.
If a parent has already named their child and they’re no longer an infant, just shut up and don’t say anything. It doesn’t do any good. They can’t change the name now that they’ve been going by it for how ever many years.
Am I wrong?
Edit to add: You can give your opinion on a name if they are open to opinions. If not, don’t say anything! I should have specified that.
