24F looking for a reading buddy from US

Hi! I am new here and just recently have been getting into books. I found few partners here but most had really thick accents that couldn’t continue with.

I’m mostly reading to get better at my speaking skills and I’m from US. If anyone is interesting in reading together please hit me up! I would love to read everyday on call with a partner.

24F looking for a reading buddy!

Hey guys, I need a partner to read books with. I’m not a reader, but I’m willing to get started. The main purpose of the reading is so I can get better and proficient in speaking.

We take turns reading the book together and discuss about it after.

The book I’m planning to read is “how to make friends and influence peoole”

I’m looking for someone committed. Please comment below and dm me if you’re interested!

Anyone interested in a reading partner

I have been so lonely for so long with no one to talk to that I have forgotten how to speak properly. This summer has been the loneliest for me.

I need a talking partner who I can read books with together on call. Just a productive and non-awkward way to get myself to speak.

Anybody interested in reading books with me on voice calls?

24f here.

If you’re interested, please state your age and gender and I would like to get on call for the first time to see if we fit!

How many of you guys have moved out of your parents house?

Because my family and my childhood is the source of my AVPD symptoms, I can’t help but wonder if I would improved tremendously if I were to move out and live on my own.

I would get to scream, get to sing and dance all on my own. And I would become more responsible now that I have to take care of myself.

So I wanted to ask, have any of you guys moved out? If you did, how did the new life go for you?

AVPD girlies

Hi guys!💗 We’re building a community of women on discord where we can grow together and work on our issues. We’re here trying to make friends that support each other to grow together from our AVPD symptoms.

If any girl is interested please comment down below and I’ll invite you!

Please take it seriously though, I’m not looking for people who join just to lurk around, I’m looking for girls that actively want to be a part of this growing community.

Can we all APVD girls join together and make friends here?

I have barely any friends. I was thinking, what’s better than getting to know other girls that are just like me?
Maybe we can introduce each other on discord and make online friends?

In that way we can also practice getting over AVPD, learning to talk, making a community etc.

Any girls here that interested in trying something new?

Is your mind past oriented or future oriented?

I went through a sudden circumstance recently that made me change the way I think, I realized I used to think about the past a lot, and I never thought about the future to avoid inflicting pain at realizing how dark my future is.

Now, though, even if it feels dark I force myself to think about it, how I can live, what I should do to not waste it etc.

Would you consider it a good thing that I changed into the future? Or no difference.

What are you guys?

What activities can help us folks with anxiety?

Please don’t skip this and try your best to participate in brainstorming with me.

I’m 24f and I deeply struggle with AVPD. I study psychology so I have been wondering if I could start an anxiety workshop in school and lead.

I’m thinking of different activities that I can do with students and I need everyone’s help to brainstorm.

What kind of activities could help anxious avoidants like us?
