Bonded pair

I am not allowed throw this box away, this has become a part of there Top 5 sleep-play locations.

She's just sitting in the garage hanging out like this.

Some of you may remember this kitten that was found at a dumpster at the festival. She (Sonic) was not in great shape and spent the weekend in the ER. I thought I would update for anyone interested (with pics of course).

Sonic had one eye removed recently (now she is a pirate cat). It was too badly infected, but had to wait until she was in good weight and 100% healthy. She handled the procedure extremely well and has started to grow exponentially. She is now 100% in perfect health.

Additionally, we have gained another foster (a bonded pair of boy kittens) who are just a few weeks younger than her. Its been a match made in heaven for her and one of the boys is pretty much in love with her.

She has been raised by an older foster kitten, which has helped both kittens learn to socialize. Although not bonded, they play well with each other.

Sonic has turned into an absolute sweat heart and an absolute athlete. Just the right amount of clingy to leave me alone for a while ratio.

All 3 will get spayed/neutered next month and go up for adoption. Im in StL, but routinely trip to OH, if anyone is interested. All if your well wishes were awesome and look to see you all again next year at ST or maybe some other festivals.

What would you say the dark-dark grey tabby fur situation is? I thought the word "diluted" made sense until I looked it up and their is already a pattern called that (and he didnt seem to match the pictures shown for it). He has the distinctive "M" on his head and a few tail/hip stripes. He is next to his lighter grey "Tactical Issue Grey Tabby" brother. He is almost black, but not quite.

May he is just "dark grey tabby" lol.

1 more week until stitches out.

Note that the AirCon is on in the house, she just chooses this situation. And of course, the kitten wants to fight her over it.

Little girl finally got the small alien head removed from her eye socket. It was delayed due to other medical issue (was anemic), but other than getting spayed, this (should) be it. She slept for maybe 2 hours since I brought her home yesterday, so I am hoping she finally crashes (sleep, not more head bonking). I have delt with post-neuter/spay energy before, but this one has zero concept that her body cant do what her mind is telling it to. She thought she pooped in the litter box, tried to look at it, realized it wasnt there, and then spent 10 minutes digging out the litter box to find the imaginary poop. The meds she got are definitely powerful. Vet/team seemed to do a really good job, especially with it being a little bit last minute. For a dumpster kitten, she has put up the fight.

I still dont have names for the bonded pair. Any recommendations are welcome.

Trapped them in my garage a few days ago (after 2 weeks of them hiding in my car) and working through fleas/worms/fear/etc. Otherwise both are doing great. Its so different having a bonded pair vs just 2 random kittens (which I also have, lol).

I thought the super dark Grey was a black cat. Then I thought it was just Grey. Finally got a close up to see the barely-there "M." Dont have any names yet and hope to identify male/female as they get closer to me. Dark Grey is absolutely fearless, while lighter Grey is super smart. Light Grey is loaded with worms, unfortunately, but getting them cleared out. Otherwise both are very active, eating, and pooping mountains. Total kittens from CDS this year: 4.

My 3 house cats head for the basement for the vacuum or the lawn mower, but not this little one. She came out to the catio enclosure just to watch me for 40 minutes mowing the back yard. Dont let her sad face (and messed up eyeball) fool you, she is strong as an ox.

R2L: Buddy 10M, Mabrey 1F, Sonic 3 month girl. Started a brushing session, but the 3 are never in one spot at the same time and needed a pic asap.

Their is another kitten (i think they are a bonded pair) not in the photo.
