Weird shit happens to me when I become 'aware'. wtf?

So I recently discovered the easiest wat to actually convience my mind that there's benefits in meditating is tell it this is not meditation, all im doing is just 'registering' anything in my body, sounds, thoughts, breath, just registering it and not 'focusing', because focusing means you spending energy to focus and my goal is to register things happening without 'focusing'.

The weird thing? I start to feel touches on my ears, face, legs, hands that are very light. it does not feel like it's normal, because I could even feel it on MY clothes, a gentle, slight touch.

I was like what the fuck? I opened my eyes (was laying in bed) then I saw a shadow figure standing infront of me that kept disappearing slowly as im focusing on it rather than my own thoughts/body. it felt like this shadow becomes clearler to see as I bring my attention to my thoughts while looking at it, then fades if i bring my attention at it.

wtf is this? Has anyone experienced this before? because those touches now is always present whenever i start being aware of everything around me..

Force apps to use non-dedicated secondary GPU - any smart dudes around?

I have two GPUs, an RTX 4090 connected to my OLED display and used as the main Windows 11 GPU, plus a Radeon TM Graphics GPU with 2GB DDR5 VRAM.

Is there a way to force specific apps, or Windows itself, to use the Radeon instead of the RTX 4090?

I need the full 24GB VRAM on the 4090 for local AI, but Windows + my display are currently using about 1.7GB of VRAM on it. I don't want to connect my screen to the Radeon card; I want to keep it on the RTX.

Just asking, because I wanted to grow alot to consume them for nutrients while they're still young, on top of salad, sandwiches, etc., but, i am confused some sites are selling cannabis seeds for €30 for like 3-5 seeds, while other sites are selling cannabis seeds for €6/40g, which is a ton of seeds. So I don't really get it. Are these cheap cannabis seeds genetically modified not to contain any THC, is this why? because I heard even a baby cannabis plant (10-12 days) already contains THC, just not a lot, of course, or am I mistaken? completely new to this stuff, so.

It got these dry looking patches on the leaf or im not sure what it is. Too much light maybe? It's running 24/7, alternating between artificial and real sun when its available.

So, I live in very cold climate in a Nordic country, bought a gram from a dude and found a seed in it, so I just tossed it in a pot thinking it won't grow, but it fucking did. I'm just not sure how to keep it alive, especially since there's no sun here yet, its about 7 degrees and summer on the door. I'm using some cheap artificial light that i use to grow basil. Is there any hope for it? I wanna care for it, its been on that size for 4 days now, im scared it'll make smell that the entire neighborhood will smell if it grows, im living in an apartment complex, so 😁
