Re-release of my SuperStrike X2 Full Endoskeleton (Major Updates)

After plenty of feedback from the community and working with u/joshey1990 to help discuss design and future production paths (still in the works) im excited to re-release my updated Superstrike X2 Endoskeleton Weight Reduction Mod.

These updates mainly consist of structure, tweaking clearances, button allignment and (sigh) getting the Haptic Inductive Trigger System to line up properly and work like the original.

Device makes strange popping/clicking sound which I have confirmed to not be fans.

I have taken off back and held each fan still to confirm they are not the cause (sound still continues when fans not moving).

I’m assuming it’s the liquid in the copper heat pipes boiling? As it becomes more prominent when under load.

Interestingly as well if I move/tilt the laptop it will stop or move to another area in the cooling.

Is this a known cause or have I completely got it wrong?
