Day 4

Cravings, stomach issues, anxiety, irritability is what I’m dealing with currently. But one thing I wasn’t expecting is processing thoughts from over a decade ago I found this very strange. I have been having “flashbacks” and thoughts of my past ALOT more anyone experienced this? It’s like a veil was lifted and I have to process these moments all over again.

Chew

So I quit chew 6 days ago and my stomach has been going crazy. Acid reflux/heartburn everything at once honestly. My intake of cigarettes has increased I smoke about 5-6 a day since quitting to but plan to quit that in the next week. Just want to do one at a time to ease the withdrawal. I’ve been doing both for about 20 years. Are the acid reflux and stomach issues normal?

Day 22 no FF

I can’t belive I made it this far, even though it’s only 22 days I remember struggling to get past 3 days. So if ur in the beginning stages all I can say is u gotta stick to it, things 1000% get better. I went from drinking FF every day being a bum with anxiety all kind of mental issues. To now hitting the gym daily, eating healthy, praying total 180. First time in my life after a 7 year opioid addiction and then 3 year FF addiction to where I’m actually living a “normal” life and actually feel way better than I did using... (never thought I’d say that) Wish everyone the best..

Day 3 after psoas stretch.. this is a rollercoaster ride

Little update since I do t have anyone to talk with about this. The morning after my emotional release I slept great and felt amazing for the first half of the day. then around 6 after dinner a huge wave of anxiety and stomach tightness hit me it was like my whole insides got tight. Couldn’t get much sleep night 2 but I seemed to be processing me emotions/ past trauma more clearly like actually getting an understanding of things. But ya today day 3 anxiety feel drained no real motivation for much some waves of sadness nothing crazy like the first night. My groin area does feel tight should I stretch? Totally new to this and u guys have helped me a lot so figured I’d share and ask for input.

Psoas release.. huge sadness

I hope this is the right place for this… but I released/stretched my psoas today and a few hours after I started crying out of no where something just hit me with a huge wave of sadness from my past. Then got a good headache. Now in bed I had a HUUUGE wave of sadness im talking baaad.. followed by anger and irritation. As I type this I feel kinda fine now is this normal? Did I over stretch? Should I keep doing this? So many questions please educate me… I did the stretch cuz I’m in the lowest point of my life right now and in constant fight or flight. Any advice would be appreciated

Day 11 no Feel Free

For some reason day 10 and 11 brought back all the withdrawal symptoms after doing pretty good for a few days. Was weird I had the restless the anxiety gut issues almost felt like day 2-3 (not AS bad obviously) but anyone experienced this like doing well for a few days and seems like every symptom comes back ?

People who have a good amount of clean time from FF..

Not having motivation to do much of anything. How long did flat/ low mood last? Will I ever get my motivation back? Also when do digestive problems go back to normal?

What’s the weirdest withdrawal symptom you had from these?

For me besides the heavy depression followed by feeling fine is my tailbone would like hurt whenever making a sudden movement while laying or sitting. Also it’s like all my muscles in lower back/hips and butt stopped working untill I got sober

Day 8 felt like day 1 all over again

It’s kinda wild I posted an update yesterday feeling good n motivated thinking the worst was over with. Naaaaa I was wrong last night felt like day 1 all over again, slept like 3 hours restlessness came back even though I hadn’t had for like 4 day, diarrhea shit was ass… litterly lol. I messed up and had 3/4 of a bottle spilled the rest out and back to the grind again tomorrow. Has anyone had this to where u go from doing great minimum withdrawals and boom out of nowhere u get damn near every withdrawal symptom..?

Just got to Day 7

The positives- my mental health is 1 million times better/ still get short stints of sadness but snap out pretty quick. My rest heart rate was always around 100 BPM today was 75BPM. I don’t wake up sluggish

The bad- my stomach is still going through it, when I eat big meals I get like crazy anxiety. This stuff absolutely destroys ur stomach/ digestions. Anxiety still there but better, I’m in my early 30s but I wake up with like joint pain around my elbow and above it but it fades when I get going. The anxiety and stomach issues probably the worst
