So rare to catch a mint example in UK at a good price. As ever with GS, reality surpasses any photos. Came with original red sharkskin, silicone black rubber and this titanium bracelet. Feels solid yet so light for such a chunky watch. Delighted with it.

Good: Weight is very close to Gen, bracelet and case superb quality and indistinguishable from Gen imo. Dial and indices excellent.
Okay: Bezel colour a little darker than gen 18k YG but def not 'cheese'. Also helps that this design has no gold in the bracelet of course.
Bad: Rolex green logo far too small (compare pics). A really silly error that could easily be corrected and presumably will be.
But glad I got this and I would recommend no need to wait for other factories if it were not for logo size error. Tempted to wear it to my AD just to see look on his face...but would be found out and expelled pretty quickly.
Gen RRP £8k and because mortals have no chance of being allocated, likely to be £20k + on grey. Is that worth it? Def not. Is it the perfect candidate for a rep? Def yes because you will NEVER see a gen on anyone's wrist.
Delighted with my V2. Weight, bracelet, dial and WG plated bezel all make for near NWBIG imo. I was torn between buying this in gen or the Everose Rolesor version and will now def go for the bi metal gen as no point in duplicating this for an extra 10k and 2yr wait. James from Alternative Luxury supplied who I find to be superb in quality, comms, pricing and really looking after his customers. I'm on my 4th watch from him and now approach him first for quotes and advice as my main TD. I have no idea why he's not on the RepTime TD list as he's so much quicker, more reliable and more courteous than anyone else I've used. AL's Firesales also sell out incredibly fast for good reason.
