Why is it so difficult when needing help?
Rant, rant and rant. Ever since I combined our Internet and wireless bill it has been a nightmare. Tried calling and spoke with someone and got the dreaded, “will take two to three billing cycles”. Then reached out via X and spent a couple of days for it to be corrected (or so I thought). Received my bill yesterday and still screwed up. Reached out via X again and felt like I was completely repeating myself and still no resolution. What makes it worse is being told something different each time and no definitive answers to my questions. So frustrating and exhausting!
