Has anyone experienced diffuse thinning + dandruff/inflammation + body hair shedding together?

17M here. Over the last 1–2 months I noticed:

\\- increased scalp hair shedding

\\- visible diffuse thinning/less density

\\- dandruff/seb derm type white flakes on scalp, eyebrows and beard

\\- scalp tenderness earlier (improved now with ketoconazole shampoo)

\\- some pubic/body hair shedding too

\\- mouth ulcers(a lot visible at back of my tongue), some swollen muscle like structure in my nose as well

\\-Poor sleep

Hairline doesn’t seem to be rapidly receding but density loss/shedding is worrying me.

I think it might be some autoimmune condition as when I move my fingers through hair in a certain way, it kinda hurts sometimes, same goes with my beard as well.

Did anyone here have something similar that turned out to be:

\\- telogen effluvium?

\\- seb derm?

\\- deficiency/thyroid related?

\\- or androgenetic alopecia?

Planning blood tests soon. Just wanted to know if others experienced this combination

I want something like a soft textured flow/layered hairstyle (not a basic fade). My hair has decent length already, so I need someone who actually understands layering and texture instead of cutting everything short 😭

I've heard toni and guy, and vhcc are the best in market, but not sure.

If possible, recommend:

- salon/barber name

- price range

- who specifically to ask for

I found realme gt a bit better because of 12 gb+512 gb

And idk about the rest. Ive heard nord 6 is good as well so I'm hella confused.

Which would be the best for me? I don't want any issues coming in future. Which phone shall I get?
