Car is mostly a Frankenstein combination of the Brainiac and Doomsday Mighty Micro sets.

I like to imagine him crashing into the Daily Planet and trying to pull the, "We're all trying to find this guy," hotdog car bit from I Think You Should Leave with an incredulous Lois Lane.

Mister Mxyzptlk visited Earth and decided to do some clean up in Antarctica by removing a large invasive species: Superman. The solitary, ice burrowing, colorful, and flying creature resembled a giant beakless parrot in the eyes of the 5th dimensional imp, an animal in need of proper relocation. What a nice guy!
