Does anyone know when the Use of Deadly Force is authorized came off the warning signs?

Does anyone know precisely where Bob Lazar, Gene Huff, John Lear, etc used to watch supposed S4 flight tests from?

Lazar describes it as people latched on to the black mailbox term just bc he used it as a reference rather than the actual location - primarily bc there aren't that many landmarks out there.

It sounds like when he describes it - it appears before you get to the mailbox location - and it might be right around where Groom Lake Rd hits 375.

Any thought ms or precise location?

How long do we think that it takes Eric to process the data? We see in the show that it typically occurs with a 12 to 24 hour turnaround, but how long does it actually take him with Metaframe to review that?

Why did Travis use 1.6 GHz for his test signal in 7.17? If you just want to confirm instruments, shouldn't you use a more random number not encountered on the ranch? This would also more clearly delineate the copying effect vs simply things on 1.6.

Watching the old video from Angry Thetan highlighting the sniper position/camouflaged observation post in the hills behind Bonnie View. Does anyone know if that structure is built on public land or land owned by scientology? -- You would think scientology would build it on their own land, but also wouldn't put it past them to simply erect something on public land until someone has a problem with it.

Interested to know if anyone has made it up there - I know Marc Headley talks about it in his book from back in the day, but can't find much mention of it beyond the book and the drone flyover video.

I don't know that I'm tech savvy enough, but in the most recent episode, Sky Elements talked about having 99% utilization of one of the Wifi networks. Is there not a way to see what's drawing that from? Some type of packet sniffer or device monitor to see what's transmitting or occupying that bandwidth?
