Man stabbed several times while washing his hands in public restroom, SAPD says

So we are supposed to rely on tourist to fund the new stadium, but yet we have stuff like this happening? Bet you the suspect was a homeless person with mental illness/drug problem. How exactly are we supposed attract tourist with all the homeless people camping at downtown? If downtown is supposed to be a tourist destination, Haven for Hope would need to be relocated to somewhere away from downtown

Question about the medical aid training of U.K. police

I am a police officer from the U.S. After watching the bodycam footage of Henry Nowak incident, I just have a question if the U.K. police were train on providing medical aids at all? Because all the officer on scene just use eyesight diagnose. I was taught the M.A.R.C.H. assessment in tactical medical aid during my time at the police academy. We were taught to run our hands on the limps to find any open wounds and we were informed that clothing would observe blood to prevent pooling out of the body. We were taught to cut open the shirt and to use our fingers to rake the torso to find open wound because skin and fat would pinch the wound together preventing us from seeing it.
