Like when you think about it the Foundation pretty much knows they're a fictional universe in any canon with pataphysics and while the degree to which that universe is fictional varies (Pickmann's Proposal for example) it's still a pretty goddamn hopeless scenario,especially for the 05, as they very well goddamn know that their mission is effectively impossible on account of some dude on the wiki deciding it would be really cool if the world ended.

Where the fuck does the Chaos Insurgency get their funding from.

If most world governments back the Foundation wouldn't they be logistically opposed to giving funding to their most oppulent of opps.

And the few times i've seen them have any form of structure/base of operations in articles its ussualy in 3rd world hellholes that would offer little to no funding whatsoever for even a fraction of the bullshit they're doing.
