Help me
When I try to join a Minecraft server or access mod features like Essentials, I get these errors, but only if I play from an external launcher like Curse Forge or mothird (i.e., playing with mods).

Help, i can´t play Multiplayer and Change my skin
Without me doing anything, when using CurseForge, it told me my session had expired and wouldn't let me log in again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, and it let me log in (I also tried with Modrthid, and the same thing happens; I can log in, however, when I enter the game, it says the game couldn't connect to Essentials; that is, I can't change the appearance or play multiplayer from there. When I try to join a server, it doesn't load unless I join directly from the IP address, and then it lets me join. On the loading screen, it gets stuck on "log in," and the error message keeps popping up. I don't know what to do; help!
