This is the first time in my life that I’ve gone this long without doing anything, and I’ve already noticed a few small changes.

• In other words, the addiction had become more of a routine than actual sexual desire.
• After a few days, I noticed that my morning and nighttime erections came back stronger.
• My libido is slowly coming back. I’ve already had sex a few times without using Cialis.
• I’m less tired and less anxious, but I don’t think I’ll be able to have sex every time without Cialis just yet.

That’s it. Onward to 60 days!

The hardest part now is resisting the temptation to masturbate, rather than the porn itself.

Quase que semanalmente eu vejo algum pai / marido postando aqui que se arrependeu de casar e que so esta casado por conta dos filhos, contas ou etc.
No meu caso é exclusivamente por conta dos filhos, no momento eles estão com 12 anos e pretendo ficar ao lado deles ate os 18 anos, pois querendo ou não é uma idade na qual eles podem sair de casa tbm se quiserem ou ir morar comigo.
Infelizmente minha esposa foi um erro, ela é uma pessoa manipuladora, viciada em varias coisas e que provavelmente tem mania em mentir, não vou entrar em todos os detalhes aqui mas ate traição da parte dela ja teve. Porem faço tudo pelo menos filhos, ate mesmo sacrificar parte da minha vida ( quem passa por isso vai entender).
Sei muito bem que se eu for embora agora, ela vai surtar, vai deixar as crianças na mão, ( ja sou eu que faço quase tudo sozinho em casa mesmo), ou vai começar a namorar qualquer coitado ai na rua.
Enfim é isso, ñ da pra voltar atrás mas sacrifico parte da minha vida por meus filhos. Não quero conselhos, talvez so de quem passe pelo menos.
Talvez ate eles fizerem 18 ela melhora mas sei la, o foco é manter meus filhos bem, o resto vem de brinde!
