What Could This Mean?
I received this mail after the lawyers office was already closed, so I can't confirm until tomorrow, but I figure you guys would likely be able to lead me in the direction I need to know.
I filed chapter 7 and had the MOC in March and it was entered and known that I wanted to reaffirm on my cat loan as it's the only car I have that's reliable, so I open to reaffirm instead of letting it go and doing promise to pay. Well today I get this letter in the mail and I assume it's one of three things, t
Them making sure that the reaffirmation agreement is the way I wish to go, even tho as far as I know even my credit union has already heard back from the courts and I'm in the system as a reaffirmation. Or denial of my request and charging the car off, or just approving it.
So which do you think it is ?
