Protected right turn
As I understand, when turning right on a green light you usually have to give way to oncoming traffic unless it is a protected right turn. How do I recognize protected right turns?

Are there interesting things to do in Larnaca for two 20 year old guys?
How does this compare to Quiviq? Having a hard time understanding the practical difference besides the different half lifes.
I was initially diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, AHI = 7. DISE showed collapse at the soft palette and pharyngeal lateral collapse, and trap door epiglottis collapse. Tried MAD, didn't work. Had two PSGs. One at home with MAD showed arousal index 36 but many were considered spontaneous. RDI still normal. Another PSG without MAD showed normal AHI, barely any arousals. Is this definitively not UARS?
So one day the chronic pain and fatigue (no PEM actually) started to be too much so I tried to commit suicide by swallowing pills. I was sleepy and under watch until I started having a seizure and went into coma. I was intubated and cared for. But the thing is that I woke up feeling not fatigued for about a week! This makes me wonder if ECT might help. What do you think?
Diagnosed about a year ago with mild sleep apnea AHI = 7. Fatigue onset with possibly a viral infection where my nose got clogged. My nose now isn't clogged day to day and when going to sleep, but I always wake up with one clogged nostril. MAD gave only partial improvment. DISE test was subsequently performed, showing multilevel collapse.
With MAD a PSG was performed. AHI now normal, RDI < 5 but still fatigued!
total arousal index of 36.2/h and spontaneous arousals 20.6/h.
Could it still be UARS? How come spontaneous arousals are so high? Sleep efficiency 86%. I am contemplating deviated septum and enlarged turbinate reduction surgery... Cannot tolerate APAP
Any stories of unexplained chronic fatigue without PEM that got better? Need some hope.
For those of you guys that have chronic fatigue, when you're hypomanic you suddenly feel normal? Does that mean the fatigue is due to underlying depression?
Hey guys, I would like to hear if ECT had effects on your fatigue levels and your experience. Considering doing that, diagnosed bipolar and wondering if the fatigue is from depression,
Lifting at frequency of at least 2x a week is widely known to be necessary to optimize muscle gains. For those of you that have opt for a lower frequency, were you still able to make gains if you trained hard enough? I personally have nagging tendon pains but like to train low volume high intensity. I am currently training 2x a week at an upper lower split but thinking of slightly reducing frequency to ULRR repeat.
My current sleeping pattern is that it is hard for me to say "okay NOW I am going to sleep" but sleep onset duration isn't that bad. The major problem is that it is only 6 hours usually, while I would like to be at the 8.5-9 hour range.
I used to take the 2mg ER melatonin. It is really great in the first few nights. But then I start remembering my dreams (which I usually don't). Then I get very vivid dreams and actually my total sleep is suddenly reduced back down because the dream is so vivid I start waking up.
Any suggestions for Melatonin use that avoids this problem?
Extreme fatigue but no PEM. Is the prognosis usually better? Anyone with success stories?
