A need for change

I'm 18 yars old, 5'8, Female, 320 lbs.

What I'm about to tell you is going to be nothing but honesty.

I need to lose this weight. Everything is telling me that I need to lose it. Every single year of my life has been an attempt to lost my weight and I truly want this year to be my year where I really make it happen.

- - - - - -

I dont like to exercise but I'm willing to do LIGHT exercise.

I dont have much activity besides going to school but I just sit in a chair all day, and walking around the house (to the kitchen or to my mom's room.. ect)

I am trying to do a calorie defecit of 2200Kcal but it isn't really working.. food noise is insanely loud for me.

I also really enjoy drinking pop but I switched to only DIET pop.

I use go over my calorie defecit. If I'm really trying its always less than 3000kcal but that's still not a defect.. but less than I would usually eat.

\- --- ---- ----

Please please please someone help me. I want this more than anything

I have some wishy washy problems... where sometimes il l want it so bad willing to do everything and other days I just accept myself..

If anyone can lead me in the right track I'd be so thankful..

Concert tonight

It's at Resonant Head, and the band is Anyone Awake. I saw the lead singer (I think) make a TikTok about it. Tickets are only $15, and it starts at 7:00 p.m. tonight.

Obsession and people

I’m very self-aware, but I have a problem with becoming deeply attached to people. I obsess over them way too easily. It doesn’t matter if I’ve only known someone for a day or just had a single conversation with them.. I end up creating all these stories and scenarios in my head. I imagine conversations that never happened, different versions of how things could have gone, and I become emotionally invested in someone I barely know. When they leave or disappear, I feel genuinely heartbroken. It makes me feel incredibly needy, and I know it’s irrational, but I can’t seem to stop doing it. It’s honestly exhausting and feels really strange. I just need some help to where I can be chill with someone and not do this shit because it genuinely affects me when people leave me.

lost media Casper the friendly ghost

So I remember watching Casper the friendly Ghost show in the car. The cars where you could play movies.

And I'm pretty sure it was in black and white and they were talking about in the episode about I think how different countries have different times or something?? Or cultures? And I remember that and the episode Casper I don't know if he went to China or was just showing China but half of the screen was China and half of the screen was Casper.. and I think China was either upside down or Casper was upside down I don't know how to explain it.. and they were speaking like fake Chinese like Chinese gibberish.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

pbs kids sign language show lost media

Does anyone remember a sign language show on PBS kids that featured a woman as the teacher?

it wasn't like a show actually it was more of like just short lessons in between cartoons.. I remember the main colors being green and black and I think the woman had a bob if I'm not mistaken.

PBS KIDS SONG [fully lost]

So I'm pretty sure the song was called " Big Rock Candy mountain" ? That only makes sense because I kind of remember there being candy....

I don't know I could be completely off.. Anyways so basically in the song they're talking about working on a railroad? Or like on a train or something like that?

And this wasn't a cartoon. This was a song with animation. This was a music video sort of thing, not a cartoon

and it also came on either before or after a sign language show that was on PBS kids. Anyways I remember there being I think lollipops or gumdrops? I don't know I've looked everywhere and I cannot find the video or anything even similar

I just need closure.

I'm 17 years old my ex girlfriend is the same age as I am. We've known each other forrrr 5 or 4 years we dated for over a year. And we've been broken up for over a month. We've talked about meeting each other many times before she has expressed she wanted to meet me. I also expressed this. Throughout our relationship we have argued a lot. But we always knew we loved each other. Anyways.. I told her I was gonna come see her next summer im in Oklahoma she's in California. We've sent each other stuff before.. we FaceTime and everything. When I told her I wanted to see her she acted like I was some weirdo.. and declined it saying she doesn't know what her future is gonna be like. (I found this reason to be really stupid.. also asked why would I want to meet her since we're broke up.. she never gave me any other reason than that)

My whole family has said shes a mean girl. But I just cant help but to give her the benefit of the doubt. And they've said she is leading me on or something.. I just feel so heartbroken about all of this.. I really wanted to go see her.. I also feel stupid because she's never offered anything like this.. even for Valentine's Day she didn't do anything for me and I spent my paycheck buying her stuff same with her birthday I sent her a whole box full of gifts. It isn't about the money but it's more about the fact I showed her love and took the time to.

I feel so guilty like im the toxic one.. and I ruined this relationship. Maybe I scared her off. I don't know anymore. I forgot to mention, she also broke up with ME saying she doesn't know what she wants and she has a life now..? She also didn't completely say no to meeting me she just said she needed more time.

Playing pretend

Does anyone else play pretend with themselves IRL? Like.. in your room talking to yourself and maybe even acting out things... I always do this. Like everyday.. it's so normal to me that when it's done I don't even think about it.. I don't even acknowledge what I did.
