Too big?
Just swapped this out because the old fixture was too big. Is this still too big? Haha this remodel will be the death of me

Help
Had a septo/rhino 5 years ago. My tip which was created using cartilage shifted or something. Super pointy now. Saw my surgeon tonight and said he’ll fix it by seeing what’s going on under there and reshaping/building. Is this going to happen every few years?? I’m so conflicted and scared 😭
