Havent played much fortnite in the past 3+ months (after being a consistent player prior), and is it just me or the menus have really taken a turn for the worse?
When theyre functioning as intended theyre super clunky and unintuitive, and then sometimes they straight up glitch out (for example, press triangle on a character to open favoriting menu and it just doesnt appear without restsrting the game).
Another example, you want to rotate an emote while selecting what goes on the emote wheel? The right stick also controls the UI so you accidentally move both the character and menu.
I feel bad for the UEFN creators who did all this work on the star wars modes (which brought me back to the game) because yesterday I was thinking their menus needed work, now I’m realizing it’s a symptom of fortnite overall.
Even doing something as simple as scrolling through battle pass quests has gotten extremely clunky.
