ASAP LEASE TAKEOVER in Harlem Brownstone ($2800) 1b/1b

JUNE 1ST OR JUNE 15TH MOVE IN AVAILABLE

Central Harlem Brownstone - $2,800/mo | In-unit W/D, Roof Deck, Near A/C/B/D + 2/3/4/5

Throwing this up here because I need to find someone to take over my lease. Here's everything you need to know:

The location (leading with this because it's genuinely great):

Foodtown and Associated Food Market are on either side of the building. Two grocery stores, steps away, no contest. Walk a few more blocks and you've got Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Target on 125th. Transit wise you've got the A/C/B/D and the 2/3/4/5 all accessible. It's one of the better connected spots in upper Manhattan.

St. Nicholas Park is a 5 minute walk and sits right next to Columbia University, so if you're a student or just want that neighborhood feel, this is it. Central Park is also only about a 20 minute walk if you want more green space.

The unit:
- Brownstone building, quiet residential block in Central Harlem
- Hardwood floors and great natural light
- In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher (yes, both)
- Split A/C + heat, individually controlled per room
- Virtual doorman
- Shared roof deck and backyard

The money:
- Rent: $2,800/mo
- Move-in: $20 app fee + 1 month security + 1st month's rent
- You pay utilities; water is covered

Drop a comment or DM if interested. Happy to answer questions or set up a showing.
