HELP NEEDED | Food and Litter for 37 Rescue Cats and 40+ Stray Cats | Please Also See the Update on Susie, Who Has a Tumor in Her Ear (Photos 8 & 9)

Good day, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer (based in Manila, Philippines) currently caring for 37 rescued cats and over 40 stray cats in our area. I also do TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) and visit other areas whenever I can to feed stray animals, conduct TNR, and rescue animals in need.

I am humbly asking for your help so I can continue caring for these little angels. I hope you could help me raise enough to purchase at least a two-week supply of food and litter for the rescued and stray cats under my care.

Donations will be used for:

  • 2 sacks of adult dry food (20 kg each) – $60 per sack = $120
  • 1 sack of kitten dry food (10 kg) = $33
  • 14 cans of adult wet food – $1.30 per can = $18.20
  • 40 pouches of kitten wet food – $0.75 each = $30
  • 8 packs of cat litter (10 lb each) – $5 per pack = $40

Total: $241

My birthday wish for these little angels

I will be celebrating my birthday on July 26, and I hope you could help me celebrate it with these little angels by helping me purchase at least 5 kilos of chicken that I can boil and feed to them (just to share, I am a vegetarian).

My only wish on my birthday is for all of these cats to be healthy, safe, and happy. As long as they are happy, I am happy, too.

I will also share the boiled chicken with the stray cats in our area. The last time they had boiled chicken was on my birthday in 2025.

5 kilos of chicken ($3) - $15

I will definitely post an update with photos and receipts to show how the donations were used. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.

Total help needed: $256

For in-kind donations:

Please be informed that Amazon does not ship to the Philippines. If you would like to send food or supplies directly, you may place an order through PetWarehouse.ph, which accepts debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Kindly send me a message, and I will provide my delivery details.

Update on Susie (photos 8 and 9)

Susie is scheduled to undergo surgery for the removal of a tumor in her ear on July 25. The veterinarian advised that she may need to stay confined for at least one day, depending on her recovery.

I am hoping that Susie will be well enough to be discharged on July 26, so she can hopefully celebrate my birthday by enjoying some boiled chicken with the other rescue cats in my apartment.

I will also make sure that the stray cats in our area receive some boiled chicken as well.

Rest assured, I will post photos of Susie before her surgery and upon her discharge, together with the receipt for her medical expenses.

Thank you so much to everyone who continues to support me and these little angels.

HELP NEEDED | Please Help Susie Get the Tumor Removal Surgery She Needs

Good day, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines. Before taking in Susie, I was already caring for 37 rescued cats, as well as more than 40 stray cats in our area. I also doTNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) whenever I can and visit other areas to feed stray animals, do TNR and rescue animals whenever needed.

Meet Susie. She is a 3-year-old cat who was surrendered to me by her owner, who is currently pregnant and expecting to give birth next month.

Her owner said that she can no longer take care of Susie and cannot afford to bring her to the vet. Sadly, no one wanted to adopt Susie because she has a tumor in her ear.

I didn't hesitate to accept Susie when I saw her condition. I knew she needed help, and I couldn't turn her away.

I was able to bring Susie to the vet, where she was thoroughly examined and underwent CBC and BloodChem tests. She was diagnosed with an auricular mass in her right ear.

According to the vet, Susie needs lumpectomy (tumor removal surgery) and a mass biopsy as soon as possible. The tumor is very sensitive and bleeds easily, causing her severe pain and discomfort. The vet also said that the mass could possibly be cancerous, which is why the biopsy is very important.

I am humbly asking for everyone's help to give Susie the tumor removal surgery she desperately needs. She deserves a healthier, longer, and pain-free life. She also deserves a loving and responsible forever home—someone who will never give up on her.

Please see the estimated medical expenses (photo 9):

• Pre-surgery blood tests – $38
• 1-day confinement – $33
• Tumor removal surgery – $82
• Take-home medication – $16
• Biopsy – $41
• Antibiotic shot – $10

Total: $220

Any amount you can send will be very much appreciated. I'll definitely post an update with photos and receipt. Thank you.

APPRECIATION | Bana Has Been Seen by the Vet – Thank You for Giving Her a Chance

Hello, everyone!

Bana is a sick stray kitten that I found near my apartment. Thanks to your kindness and support, I was able to bring her to the veterinary clinic today.

She was examined by the veterinarian and underwent a CBC test. She was diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection. Her bloodwork also showed an elevated white blood cell count, indicating an infection, and that she is slightly anemic. She received an antibiotic injection and was prescribed an iron supplement to help with her recovery.

I also ordered additional wet food, as I am currently caring for two other rescued kittens and an adult cat with dental issues. The order was delivered today.

I will post another update on Bana in the next few days to let everyone know how she's doing.

A big THANK YOU to everyone's kindness and support.

HELP NEEDED | Please Help Save Bana, a Sick Stray Kitten

Good day, everyone!

This is Bana, a kitten I found in a nearby area where I regularly feed stray cats, about a 2-minute walk from my apartment.

She is approximately 3 to 4 months old.

Please note that all of the female stray cats in that area have already been spayed, so I am not sure where this poor little kitten came from. She may have been abandoned or simply got lost.

I am humbly asking for your help to bring Bana to the vet. She appears to have an infection and seems to be in pain, making it difficult for her to eat.

Any amount you can donate will help give Bana the chance to receive the medical treatment she needs and the healthy, happy life she deserves. I will definitely post an update with photos and receipt. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.

Estimated Cost for Bana's Veterinary Visit:

  • Consultation Fee – $8
  • CBC & Blood Chemistry – $46
  • Antibiotic Injection – $16
  • Take-home Medication – Approximately $16

Estimated Total: $86

Please note that this is only an estimate. The final vet bill may be lower or higher depending on Bana's diagnosis and the treatment she requires.

Update | Remembering Mama Barbarella, Caring for Her Kittens & Mike's Recovery

Good day, everyone.

It is with great sadness that I share that Mama Barbarella passed away on July 11. I received a call from the veterinary clinic informing me that, despite their efforts, she didn't make it. I was able to bring her home and laid her to rest near the church.

Her kittens are doing well so far, and I will continue doing everything I can to care for them and give them the best chance at a healthy life.

Regarding the donations I received for Mama Barbarella's medical treatment, I have decided to use the remaining funds to purchase supplies for the kittens and the other rescued cats in my care (please see photos 5 to 9). I purchased the following:

  • 20 cans of wet food
  • 2 sacks of kitten dry food (10 kg each)
  • 1 sack of urinary dry food (10 kg)

Expenses:

  • Pet shop purchases: $115
  • Delivery charge: $1
  • Cat house: $33

Total spent: $149

I'm also happy to share that Mike underwent his dental surgery on July 10 and is recovering well (please see photos 10 and 11). If his recovery continues as expected, I will release him back to the area where I rescued him (just a 1–2 minute walk away) within the next 1–2 days.

Thank you all so much for your continued help and support.

HELP NEEDED | Please help save Mama Barbarella | Please also see the update on Mike's dental surgery (photos 7 to 12) and food supply and litter supply (photos 13 to 16). Thank you.

Hello, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines.

Mama Barbarella has been confined at Deloso Veterinary Clinic since July 6 after being diagnosed with a severe respiratory infection. Unfortunately, she has not shown much improvement. Today, I brought her kittens to visit her, hoping that seeing them would give her the strength and motivation to keep fighting so she can be reunited with them.

On July 6, I was able to pay the initial $138 vet bill, which covered:

  • Consultation fee
  • Blood tests (CBC and Blood Chemistry)
  • X-ray
  • 5-way test
  • 1 day of confinement (for July 6)

Today, I was also able to pay $98, which covered her confinement from July 6 to July 9.

Total spent for Mama Barbarella's treatment: $237

---

Mike was diagnosed with periodontal disease and gingivitis. Due to limited funds, I searched for a more affordable veterinary clinic that could perform the dental procedure he urgently needed. Thankfully, I found one.

Today, Mike successfully underwent dental surgery. The total cost was $83, which included:

  • CBC test
  • Dental prophylaxis
  • Tooth extraction
  • Antibiotic injection
  • Oral spray medication

---

In my previous post, I was raising funds for Mama Barbarella's treatment, as well as food and litter for my 36 rescued cats (including Mama Barbarella, her kittens, and Mike) and the 40+ stray cats that I feed in our community.

Because of your generosity, I was able to purchase:

  • One 20 kg sack of adult dry food
  • One 10 L pack of cat litter
  • Wet food, which was delivered today

Total spent on food and litter supplies: $79

Total spent for Mama Barbarella, Mike, and food/litter supplies: $399

Mama Barbarella remains confined at the veterinary clinic and will need to stay for at least five more days, depending on her progress. She is still very weak and continues to have difficulty breathing. I humbly ask for your continued support to help save her life and give her the chance to be reunited with her kittens.

Estimated Medical Expenses for Mama Barbarella:

Confinement (July 10–15): $197

Please note that this estimate does not include any additional treatments, diagnostic tests, or take-home medications that may be required depending on Mama Barbarella's condition.

APPRECIATION | Elfy Successfully Started Her GS Capsules | Day 57 of Her Neuro FIP Journey | A big THANK YOU to everyone's help and support!

Hello, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines.

Elfy is my 32nd rescue out of the 36 rescued cats currently in my care. She is now on Day 57 of her 84-day treatment for Neurological FIP.

She received her last GS-441524 injection on July 8, and on that same day, her GS capsules arrived.

On July 9, Elfy took her very first GS capsule. My initial attempt was to dissolve the capsule's powder in a small amount of water and administer it with a syringe. It was quite challenging because Elfy wasn't very cooperative, and she had to take about 5 mL of water containing the dissolved medication.

Today, I tried a different approach by mixing the GS capsule powder into half a pouch of wet food—and it worked perfectly! She happily finished it, and I then gave her the remaining half of the pouch afterward.

Because of your kindness and generosity, I was able to purchase her GS capsules and some wet food. Without your support, I would not have been able to continue Elfy's FIP treatment.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to each and every one of you for giving Elfy this chance to keep fighting. Your support means more than words can express.

I will continue to share updates so you can follow Elfy's journey toward a healthier, happier life.

Please Help Save Mama Barbarella | Help Needed for Food & Litter for 70+ Rescued and Stray Cats | Neuro FIP Cat Elfy Update (Photos 17–20) 🇵🇭

Good day, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines. I currently care for 36 rescued cats (including Mama Barbarella and her two kittens) and feed over 40 stray cats in our area every single day.

I do TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return). Most of my rescued cats (except for my recent rescues and kittens) as well as the stray cats in our area (especially the females) have already been fixed. Whenever I can, I also go to other areas to feed, rescue, and do TNR.

Mama Barbarella and her kittens are my most recent rescues. I rescued them after the owner of a fitness center wanted to put them in a sack and abandon them somewhere else.

A few days after the rescue, Mama Barbarella started losing weight and eventually stopped eating, so I rushed her to the vet on July 6. She has been confined at the veterinary clinic ever since. She is currently receiving IV fluids, medications, nebulization a couple of times a day, and oxygen support whenever she has difficulty breathing.

The initial veterinary bill for her first day has already been paid. It was $138 (photo 4), which covered:

  • Consultation
  • CBC and Blood Chemistry
  • X-ray
  • 5-way test
  • First day of confinement

According to the veterinarian, Mama Barbarella is still too weak to be discharged. She will need to remain confined for at least five more days, depending on her recovery. The confinement fee is $33 per day.

Estimated remaining expenses for Mama Barbarella upon discharge:

  • Confinement (July 7–13): $231
  • Take-home medications (estimated): $25

Total for Mama Barbarella: $256

I am also hoping to raise enough to purchase at least one week's worth of food and litter for my rescued and community cats:

  • 1 sack of adult dry food (20 kg) – $60
  • 1 sack of kitten dry food (10 kg) – $33
  • 14 cans of adult wet food ($1.30 each) – $18
  • 40 pouches of kitten wet food ($0.75 each) – $30
  • 5 packs of cat litter (10 lb each) – $25

Total for food and litter: $166

Total amount needed: $421

Any amount you can share will help save Mama Barbarella and a chance to be reunited with her kittens. Your kindness will also help me continue caring for more than 70 rescued and stray cats who depend on me every day.

As always, I will post an update with photos and receipts. Thank you.

HELP NEEDED | Solo Animal Rescuer Seeking Support to Save Mama Barbarella | Emergency Vet Care Needed + Help for Mike's Dental Surgery

Hello, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines.

Mama Barbarella and her kittens are my most recent rescues (photos 1 to 7). They were living in a fitness center, and the owner planned to sack them up and dump them somewhere else. I couldn't let that happen, so I took them in.

Over the past few days, Mama Barbarella has been losing weight. Today, she stopped eating completely and developed nasal discharge. I am very worried that she may have an infection or another serious illness that requires immediate veterinary care.

The kittens only started eating wet food a couple of days ago and still rely heavily on their mother. While we wait to get Mama Barbarella to the vet, I have been gently wiping the discharge from her nose with a damp tissue and continuing to give vitamins to both her and her kittens in the hope of keeping them as comfortable and healthy as possible.

I am humbly asking for your help so I can bring Mama Barbarella to the vet as soon as possible. Any amount you can spare will go toward giving her the treatment she needs and helping her stay with her babies.

Estimated veterinary expenses for Mama Barbarella:

  • Consultation – $9
  • CBC & Blood Chemistry – $46
  • Antibiotic injection – $16
  • Take-home medications and supplements – $16

Total: $87

I am also seeking help for Mike (photos 8 to 10), a stray cat from our community who needs dental surgery. I brought him to the vet on June 25, where he was diagnosed with severe gingivitis. He requires dental prophylaxis and tooth extraction to relieve his pain.

Amount still needed for Mike: $36

Total amount needed for Mama Barbarella and Mike: $123

HELP NEEDED | Please Help Me Continue Elfy's Treatment. She needs GS-441524 capsules to continue her treatment. Any amount you can contribute will be a big help in helping me provide the medication she needs and deserves. Thank you.

Good day, everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines. I currently care for 36 rescued cats and more than 40 stray cats in our community. I also travel to nearby areas for feeding, TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), and rescue whenever help is needed.

One of my rescues is Elfy, who was abandoned in an area where I regularly feed stray cats. When I found her, she was weak, severely malnourished, and suffering from balance issues. She was later diagnosed with Neurological FIP. Today, Elfy received her 49th GS-441524 injection and is almost finished with her current vial. According to her veterinarian, she may soon transition to oral GS capsules for the remainder of her treatment.

I am humbly asking for your support so I can continue Elfy's treatment. Any amount you can share will go a long way in giving her the chance to live a longer, healthier life.

Rest assured, I will continue to post updates on Elfy's progress and how your support is being used. Thank you.

Donations will be used for:

  • GS capsules for Elfy — $114
