Re intro

So I had to put down my betta because of genetic issues and infections or fin rot and now I’m wondering if and if how I can re introduce a new betta into my 5 gallon tank. All parameters except for nitrates are 0 and nitrates are about 15. I use 6 hours of seoura light at 30 percent and use thrive c once a week my water is soft and is 60kh and ph is around 7.5 any suggestions on the next step. I don’t wanna deep cleanse cause it wasn’t super seroius and all that but I’ll try to do a 40 percent water change and I might squeeze the sponge filter in the de chlorinated water. Any suggestions again

What is this on my water spangles

I found this today and don’t know it has been spreading quickly and idk if it’s harmful or not. I use seoura light 6 hours at 30 percent for all light and 20 percent for blue light everyday automatic and also use thrive c .

Good affordable planted aquarium lights under 15$

I have water spangles, duckweed, java fern and Anubis’s my light rn is bad. I need one under $15 I would like it if it was customizable like a timer and an adjustable brightness. I would love if it would be available on Amazon.

What has good macro nutrient for low tech setup.

I have a 5 gallon with 6 Java fern.3 Anubis’s and water spangles along with some duckweed. I alredy use seachem flourish but I wanna boost my plants with macro neutrinos like potassium and nitrates but also want one that is safe for low tech setup and isn’t too concentrated. I need one available in amazon, petco or petsmart but prefer Amazon. I also want one under 15 dollars preferably.

Is this fin rot

His name is cinder got him a less than a week ago still glass surfing. gallon size 5, heater at 78, cycling done I’m pretty sure because I had fish food and now ammonia and nitrate and nitrite are 0 or net 0. , 3 weeks in with water cycling with seachem stabily but used a bit of fish food, no water changes yet, 3 anubias and 3 java fern and some floating water spangles. Probably done cycling.. ammonia is 0 and nitrite and nitrate is net 0. Had it cycling for long enough. I’ve had some biofilm but that ok cause I used fish food. Not planing on getting any more food I alredy have hikari bio gold and also hikari freeze dried bloodworms.Does everything look good btw the ph is at 6.7 or something close. And the water is soft, and alkaline(the buffering) is also 40 also got some fish toys on the way like the ring and the floating mirror. And the leaf hammocks.i also have 3 more Java ferns in their way. Also how many hikari should i be feeding him rn i feed 3 bio gold twice a day and couple of bloodworms every 4th day. And also fast him the day i do water changes. I also have catalpa leaves. Btw sorry for all those images I don’t have a good camera. Also if there isn’t anything wrong I’m sorry I’m a begginerr and don’t know what I’m doing.

Help.

I’m tryna add Indian almond leaves. My ph is 6.8 and my KH is kinda low like 30ppm so if I add Indian almond leaves will that hurt my betta fish.

gallon size 5, heater at 78, cycling so kind medium ish nitrates and nitrite but low ammonia, 2 weeks in with water cycling with seachem stabily but used a bit of fish food, no water changes yet, 3 anubias and 3 java fern and some floating water spangles. Probably done cycling.. ammonia is 0 and nitrite and nitrate is net 0. Had it cycling for long enough. I’ve had some biofilm but that ok cause I used fish food. And also need some recommendations for food I alredy have hikari bio gold and plan on getting one high protein food ex bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc. but I’m felling more comfortable towards bloodworms. Does everything look good btw the ph is at 6.8 or something close. And the water is soft, and smithy alkaline(the buffering) also got some fish toys on the way like the ring and the floating mirror. And the leaf hammock but u can probably tell I also have the 3d printed one
