Why does Peter Thiel like Girard, Schmitt and Strauss?

I've reading up on Peter Thiel and his philosophical influences, mainly Strauss, Schmitt, and Girard. He seems obsessed with memetic theory and scapegoating, and it seems to have influenced many of his decisions, including his decision to invest early in Facebook. But as someone who isn't the most well-versed in philosophy, I'm struggling to connect the dots between his worship of these philosophers, his obsession with the Antichrist and transhumanism and his authoritarian vision for the world? Any smart cookies want to help me out would be much appreciated.

Can anyone give me the dos and don'ts of making an attractive profile on these dating apps? I have no idea how the algorithm works and what type of photos, prompts and bios are or are not attractive.

Does my multivitamin contain too much B6?

I've heard that it is very easy for vitamin B6 to be overdosed and cause peripheral neuropathy, which is a type of nerve damage, which is obviously not good.

So I checked my daily multivitamin (Swisse Men Multivitamin) and it contains: Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 24.68 mg, well above the RDI for adult men in Australia of 1.3mg daily.

Am I risking potential nerve damage with this multivitamin, or is this still at a safe level? Cheers

Green, Black or Matcha tea?

I've realised that coffee is too stimulating when I want to do mental work, so I'm going to switch to tea because of the reduced caffeine and the counter-balance of L-theanine. Should I go with black tea, green tea or matcha? Apparently, each has a different amount of caffeine and L-theanine and has different side effects? Like I've heard black tea has oxalates (which is bad?) and green tea might lower testosterone? Any help would be appreciated cheers.

Can I hang stuff up on my wall using 3M Command Strips?

I have a few posters that I want to hang up on my wall and I'm planning to use those 3m Command Strips which claim to be rental-friendly but I'm not sure about the rules around it. Is this legal in Victoria or is it dependent on the landlord? Cheers

How much fish oil/omega 3 should I take daily?

I'm currently taking 1 fish oil tablet that has 540mg EPA and 360mg DHA. I was wondering for general health and wellbeing what's the optimal amount of EPA/DHA. Cheers

Does creatine affect asthma?

I'm thinking of starting 5g creatine daily, but have seen some stuff suggesting it may not be the best for my mild asthma. Have any of you guys with asthma taken creatine and if so how have you found it? Cheers

Best cheap drugstore multivitamin?

I don't want to spend a fortune on a multivitamin because I'm a broke college student on a budget, but I still want to make sure I'm not taking something useless. What's your recommendation for a cheap multivitamin that still takes care of covering your basic micronutrients?

I have mild anxiety + ADHD and sometimes have trouble falling to sleep. I was on creatine but dropped it recently as I saw some studies suggesting it may not be the best for my asthma. Any tips?

Do I need to supplement K2 with D3 if I already eat eggs?

So I take 5000 IU Vitamin D per day but I don’t take K2 with it as I’ve found the D3+K2 supps to be way more expensive than D3 alone.

Although I’ve heard K2 is important to ensure the D3 is absorbed properly, I’ve also heard that if I eat 3-4 eggs a day I will consume enough K2 to balance the D3 making extra supplementation an unnecessary cost. Should I invest in a D3+K2 supp or is D3 + eggs enough?

Is Nizoral/keto shampoo a waste of time?

M22 NW2. I've been trying Nizoral 2% for the last couple of months and have noticed no difference except my showers are annoyingly longer now, I have to wait 5 minutes to let the Nizoral sit on my scalp, and it's making my hair look lifeless and shit even after conditioner. It's also a fair bit more expensive than regular shampoo. Is it worth continuing or is it simply not worth it?

If you could only pick ONE forearm exercise?

Currently doing db curls, hammer curls and dead hangs, but my forearms are still a weak point.

If I only wanted to add one more forearm-specific exercise, which one would give me the best bang for my buck?

Every time I research this, I get overwhelmed by people recommending 5+ forearm exercises when I don't have time for all that. Cheers.
