How should I dress

My style right now is pretty cozy. I work during the day, and also at night on some days. My go to is t-shirts and leggings. Or shorts and t-shirts.

Am I ugly? Female 28

I posted in this forum last year and since then, I have grown my hair out a bit, colored it blonde, lost 15lbs, and changed my glasses. I have a decent muscle to fat ratio, I am 245lbs.
