Can we report a assault without getting involved?
I just saw two men assaulting a minor (probably 16-17) at 3:30 Am at the back of my house, i came out and raise a voice and they all three sat on their vehicle and left (I didn't approach them bcz they look high on drugs)
The minor is probably held up , in a situations like this how can I report it without getting involved?
