Question About Old Registrations

I'm submitting a photo of a Grumman TBM-3 Avenger, registered N4169A. However, it's painted as NX4169A. Which one should I do? The NX already has photos on it but isn't technically its actual registration. The normal N would get it on Flightradar24 and also is its official registration.
What should I do, and why do a lot of Jetphotos photos use the old (and unofficial) registrations instead of the updated and official ones?

F-35A Lightning Burner Takeoff from PDX

The F-35A Demo Team is doing displays at the Oregon international Air Show (I find it funny how it's a team but there's only one plane). Note the other F-35 from the F-35B Demo Team in the fighter jet hangars.

Deleting appeals?

I just submitted an appeal and realized that I probably was appealing too much, is there a way to delete it while it's in the queue?
