I have sexual numbness because of hairloss drugs. Should I accept that it has gone forever? I think I am getting worse every year

I developed strong sexual problems because of either finasteride or minoxidil. Funny thing is leaving drugs did not give sexual functions back also hairloss progressed fast

Are ndes of people speaking of getting judged for sex, drugs, alcohol, having lover, masturbating real?

Has anybody experienced sexual sides just from minoxidil alone?
