How to help my Mum?

I am a teenager living at home. My Mum has struggled a lot for the past few years due to losing her youngest sister and her own Mum. She is quite emotionally fragile and I feel as though the house could blow up at any second. She cries a lot and shouts a lot. It can be draining when she takes it all out on my Dad and I can just hear her screaming at him. I think I am struggling more than I used to and I can't deal with all the noise as easily as I used to. I don't know how to help her. What should I do?

spotify free (read body text)

for the feature where you can just click on a song and it plays, how many times do you get to do that a day? all i know is that you get 6 skips an hour but i believe this is a separate feature. i cant find an answer online. thank you so much for your help!!

most people do 3 subjects and have 2 or 3 in a fairly similar field so i am interested to see if there is correlation with gender. i am very sorry if you are nb or another gender but i can only add 6 options 😔

for example, i want to do maths, physics and art so i will vote stem based subjects even though i also want to do art as 2/3 of my subjects are stem ☺️

my aunt was SEVERLEY bulimic. she had her ed for over a decade and eventually decided to end it and died by suicide in 2019. she harmed her body to the point where she was in a lot of pain 24/7. i was just 9 when she died and didnt know her well at all but it had a HUGE impact on my mum. therefore, i am really aware about eds as i know how damaging they can be.

anyways some context for my question: i am 16 and have a friend grp of 6. we all talk to each other and there are no obvious sub grps. however, the girl who i talk to the least (still quite a bit), lets name her amy. amy is quite unwell. she has been down the hospital a lot recently. she has had various blood tests, an mri and more. turns out, she is anemic. which, honestly, is not very suprising i have barely seen her eat anything other than bread (and pizza / chocolate when we hang out). she barely sleeps aswell. she also gets really bad migranes and has various medication. she is also really pale and very slim. i am pretty sure she is also anorexic. i am not sure how to help her, as i am aware that once you start with eds it is hard to reverse. what should i do? i really want to help her but i dont know how.
