Is end game supposed to be just chasing dmg cap?
I'm new player that recently got the game. I just finished the main expansion quests and I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong.
The entire time from the end of the base game to now my damage is always over 100%, my dmg buff passives and spells are practically useless.
I got all the damage increase I could (not min maxed yet) according to a guide. Even grinded 2 betas and 2 gammas to max level. What's the point of upgrading my weapon for damage when I have been capping since ages ago. I just unlocked EX master traits and got +140% dmg cap and I'm still hitting for 160%-210% dmg in the training dummy.

You are all misunderstanding the peni change
Her slow mark remains after the stun. You can still infinitely stun every 3s PLUS having a bonus 30% slow on top of it as long as you focus the same target. You can perma bully tanks.

Devs need to come out and say if no-shake mods are bannable or not
Necros, their poster child, was streaming their tournament games with that mod. It's certainly not fair to the other teams in the tourney, so the devs need to decide, do they enforce the rule and make an example of everyone or can the rest of us go ahead and install cheat mods.

Jeff will be the worst healer byfar. His teamups are too "balanced" for the stuff other heroes get, all dps get massive dmg bonuses plus bp will be back and pretty sure spidey will be able to one shot combo jeff even if he is self bubbles. Jeff will be cooked

For anyone asking why cap is broken
Just casually survive through 5 people looking at you, disengage whenever you want and then 3 tap the support with unavoidable auto aim damage.
Imagine this all game long and when you are finally about to cap point he comes in, ults and stalls till enemies are back.

Also her ult doesnt fully reset the duration on getting kill, it extends it by 3 seconds.
