About men's situation

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my view about the appalling condition of men's rights.

As we all know, in the western world men are 2nd tier citizens, and that is not hard to see: men are the only category which can be sent to die to war and cannot leave a war zone, men have 0 reproductive rights (nasically a man can be abducted, raped and put on child support legally), men usually can retire after more years of job, then, beyond thr the purely legislative realm, men's gender roles are widely accepted in society and strongly pushed, men are still expected to do wjat they used to do in the past, with little changes; we can also speak on how courts usually hold a strong bias against men in divorce, or we can also go back into the legislative realm and say that Germant has around 20 laws which discriminate men, in short, if we want to talk about men's discrimination in the western world, we could speak for hours, but that's not my main scope, my main scope is WHY the men's rights situation is so appalling, why nothing changes and nobody cares.

One main issue is that nowadays both the right and the left wing are hostile to men: the right wing, of course, because it strongly pushes men's gender roles and generally speaking sees as okay that men are widely discriminated because it's their role, the right-wing says it loud and proud that men are disposable, the only merit the right has is that they want to erase those laws which favours women in the workplace over men, but, again, for anything else the right-wing is perfectly okay with the *status quo*.

The left-wing is devious on the other hand, they claim that they fight for gender equality, that they want to "free men too", but then, what have they done for men? Little to none? Have you ever seen a progressive party speaking out against men's discrimination in Ukraine? Of course no, because they ultimately don't care. In the actual left-wing world the reality is that men's rights are ignored and sometimes even made fun of, while in the left wing world misandry is strongly tolerated. If you say that they may answer that is not possible to discriminate a category which holds power, forgetting that the 99,9999999 % of men hold no actual power in our society. Some feminist will defend themselves saying that fighting for women's rights will ultimately help men's rights too, but that's cleearly false, and the today's situation of men's rights prove it, women have full rights granted, while men are trapped in the same gender roles of 100 years ago. We can sum it up saying that the left is like a mom which claims to love equally her two children, but then ultimately cares about just one.

But why is the situation such appalling? The uncomfortable truth is that the main reason why the whole political spectrum sees men as cannon fodder is because for the vasy majority of men THAT'S OKAY, or they just don't care, and I think it comes from two main reasons:

  1. Women, due to the feminist battles of the past decades, hold a far stronger common consciousness, they do care about their rights and their caring makes "women rights" (which in 2026 cannot mean anything but women's privileges) a priority. We can sum it up by saying that the majority of men have a strong internalized misandry.

  2. Men are brainwashed since childhood to think that being disposable and being basically a 2nd tier person is "cool", we can see for example in the film industry, how men gender roles are often normalized, how mistreating men is normalized, in contrast to the "strong indipendent woman" (and we are talking of the entertainment world, where left-wing is far more influent), that's just the main example, in general society since childhood tells to boys (then men) than providing and protecting is cool, while tells to women that they should only care about themself. This and the first poing are related, this works easily because the majority of men ultimately don't care and reinforces in thr future generations the idea of being disposable.

But, how can it change? How should we move to make it change? In my opinion, our priority now should be to make men wake up, to make them understand how the state treats them as a 2nd tier citizens, and make them understand that we must fight back. To achieve this goal, we must work outside of the right-left paradigm, again, they both don't care, and radicate into those institutions that shape everyday men's life, which may be school or those recreative activities that men do, and anything else that shapes cultural and social life, which is not different from what the socialist-communist left in western countries after ww2, which is to achieve influence and power by gaining a voice in institutions. If we achieve a place there, we can do a counter-brainwash and make many men wake up, change the perception that society forces on men since childhood, and when we will have gained a strong support base, we can go to mainstream parties and force them to listen, since qe will have gained a strong political weight. I think that something that can help men's rights is the fact that in the future a big chunk of men will be single, so they won't put their family first (not having one), but themselves, ultimately (and hopefully) caring more about their rights.

Again, this is just my thougth, I'm open to a free debate about that 😊

Fanta a 12 con mod. Pensavo per il momento di scambiare Alissom Santos + un centrocampista buono per un primo slot d'attacco.

The draft is a kind of legalized rape only against men but nobody cares, why?

Hello, I want to share something that always leaves me astonished, which is how every "western free and democratic countries" has a set of law which legally force men to give uo their bodyly autonomy, their safety and their right to life against their will. It disgusts me how in Ukraine young boys are forced to give up their life for decisions made by others and just because they are men. It is in my opinion a form of gendered-discriminated rape, since it gives the government the power to have the control of a man.

What truly makes me more disgusted is that nobody cares: progressive parties (which should fight for equality but it seems to bother them only when it comes to women), and not even men themselves seem to care. I think it comes from the fact that men are systematically brainwashed aince childhood to perceive themselves as expendable, however it still makes me astonished how the vast majority of men seem to care so little about their rights. (I'm not astonished however how progressive parties and feminist movements are made of hypocrites who care about equality only when it benefits them).

Women have legally more rights than men in western countries

(I know I'm going to get downvoted a lot but I'm going to share my opinion anyway).

I'm not talking or referring to de facto situations where women's or men's gender roles can be pushed even though a formality of equality, in this case I talk about a formal discrimination in the law which advantages the women a lot, and it is the draft.

Basically, if you are a man, the state can force you to die in war, while not if you are a woman. In Ukraine, an 18 year old boy is forced to stay and risk death while a fully adult woman can leave and make her own life elsewhere just because she is a woman. In general, in the vast majority of western countries in the same, and even in the ones where also women have military service (a big minority) it usually lasts less. I can't see how it isn't a clear discrimination against men.

The things that truly and deeply makes me disgusted is that this discrimination is completely ignored by the mainstream progressive parties which claim to be for gender equality, they just ignore it, as if it is not a problem, as if it is okay to force men to die just because for their gender. I know that there are feminist individuals and movements which may speak out, but when it comes to the big political focres, I hear nothing. I live in Europe, and here the was in Ukraine is a big topic of debate, but nobody says that's not okay to force men to die just because of their gender while women can just flee and go living in Europe a safe life. It really seems that gender equality for many political parties ends where it is convenient to them.

I would like to know what you think about that and why big feminist movements never talk about that.

Stime ristrutturazione casa indipendente

Grazie in anticipo.

Evoluzione prezzi case in Romagna

Ciao a tutti.

What I also see as a big sign of hypocrisy by leaders of modern progressive parties (whicj should be supposed to advocate for gender equality) is that they basically don't care, in my life I have never seen any big leftwing party protesting against men being forced to die (often a horrible and painful death) just because they are born men, whuch I thunk can be the highest discrimination possible nowadays in a western country.

It seems something completely outside of the political debate, young men in Ukraine are forced to die just because they are men (ans in my country would be the same) but no big progessive party talks about that.

I would like to know what you think about that and why feminist movement never talk about that.

MSC in Finance after physics Bachelor's

Hellp everyone, I'm a physics student with a GPA of around 28.5, soon I will finish my bachelor's and I was thinking of shifting towards finance. As much as I know, I would have the credits required to try enrolling into this course, however, what I wanted to ask is how many chances I have to get in.

If someone got into this course comings from physics like me and wants to share their experience is welcome 😊

Problem with the soft top of a SAAB 93 convertible

Hello everyone, I own a SAAB 93 of 1999, the engine is perfect and it still works well, I just have a problem: the authomatic opening of the soft top does not work anymore, I can open and close it just manually. It may be related the fact that also one of the back windows does not open with the authomatic command. Has it happened to anybody else? What can cause the problem? Thank you in advance.
