Did an improvised cover of Some Chords on stream! Used the Moog Subsequent 37 for the patch. Got so close it gave me a copywrite notice haha.

Spent the evening putting together a live rig. I don’t even have a gig, but if I did, this’d be the setup.

Selected some synths in my collection and threw together this little set up. It’s built to produce techno tracks on the spot with the ability to drop some pretty gnarly acid lines. The analog heat really brings out the best in each device. I thought about using a smaller mixer, but there are none that have sub outputs, mutes and proper monitoring like Mackie and other medium sized mixers have.

Loose Posts on Behringer Proton

Anyone else have a Proton with loose pot posts? Aside from the knob cracking issue, after just regular filter riding, the knob is insanely loose and the values jump around if you wiggle it around. It feels like a joystick now. I have other synths that are older that have gone through way more use and they’re rock solid.

I’m interested in replacing the loose pots with ones with metal posts if that’s possible. Anyone have any experience with this issue and found a fix?

[Galaxyland] Vekoma Launch Coaster Update 06/20/26

More progress being made on this project!

Looks like the first launch section is almost complete and the gap in the green track section could be for the switch track. Lots of other parts are on site that look like they’re for the walkway along the launch track.

The supports for the stall are going up and looking at it in person really puts into perspective how tall it’s gonna be. The true scale of the project is really showing as the construction progresses.

I’m sure they’ll get another huge chunk of it done this week! More updates to come.

Vertical construction has officially started on the [Nerf Coaster] at [Galaxyland] with more supports on site!

Photos aren’t the best as they were taken outside due to the park being closed but finally we’re seeing some pieces being installed!
