My professionals are approaching and send-ups are in July. I’ve plenty of backlog to complete.

I’ve made a schedule also but I’m unable to follow it because of my toxic habit of doom-scrolling. I think I’m a phone addict 😭.

I study for 5 mins and doom-scroll for about 10 mins.

My subconscious has adapted to study under stress. I seriously study one-two days before any test, and I usually get passing marks but I know this doesn’t build concepts and vivas are hella difficult. 😭

So, I need honest and practical advice and solutions to reduce my screen time and to increase efficiency.

I got the treatment done 2 yrs back and now, my scalp hairs ( that has the new growth from the roots) are very frizzy and are flyaway . I don’t wanna get any treatment done rn and my hairs are long (hip length , and are straight from the tips) and it also becomes difficult without oiling. Also the baby hairs from the front get naturally curled away making my hairs messy … the natural texture of my hair is thick strand wise. Also I’m getting too many spilt ends and greys.

Please help.

So one person, ik, claimed that he can see when someone opens his INSTAGRAM profile (even though it’s private) and can even track the stalkers’ ip address , even if they don’t follow each other or had any chats or interaction, just by clicking on his pvt id can send him notification that ______ this person viewed ur profile?? , Is it possible by hacking or coding or by any other 3rd party app

or was the person just bluffing? The person was very confident and knew the exact time also .
