What's your favorite look from each straw hat?
My favorite Luffy outfit is the one from the 3D2Y movie, because it's his classic red outfit, but more modernized and beautiful.
My favorite Nami look is this yellow sweater with the orange overalls from the post-Wano arc.
My favorite Zoro kimono is the one from Movie Z. I don't like the Wano kimono as much; I think the one from Movie Z is prettier for Zoro, but I would have preferred it in green, keeping the character's green color.
So I would like the design of the kimono from the movie Z, but with the character's green color. And I also like it when his bandana has a pattern, as long as it's still green.
Usopp, I like that outfit he wore in the Stampede movie, the yellow jumpsuit, which reminds me of the character's classic outfit, which is also a jumpsuit, But just like Luffy, the Stampede movie version is modernized and more aesthetically pleasing. But of course, without that skull on his head. And since Usopp is often the one who wears the ugliest clothes, I want to give him a bonus and mention the Dressrosa outfit, In terms of design, I think it's even better than the Stampede movie outfit mentioned. My preference for Stampede is mainly because it has a more casual vibe and atmosphere, While the Dressrosa version is indeed more beautiful in design, it is very flashy. And I think the Casual style is more in line with an official character design like Usopp's.
Regarding Sanji, I really like Elbaf's outfit because, considering Sanji is a Prince and a Hero, I think it's a design that captures the essence of the character. And it's really cool to imagine this group forming, a woman in orange overalls, a samurai in a green kimono, a knight in a blue cape, A sniper in yellow overalls and a captain in disheveled clothes seems very definitive as a design element of a work, and it sells very well. But since many people will prefer Sanji in modern clothes, I like Sanji's look from the Gold movie, With just one exception: the pants and jacket are royal blue to maintain the character's key color. But the outfit design is from that movie.
My favorite Chopper outfit is the one from Water 7/Enies Lobby.
However, I think it's too simple and would look bland if I put Chopper alongside all those cool-looking characters I've imagined so far.
So, to match the rest of the gang, I'm going to include the Army Chopper, because it has a very striking and eye-catching visual identity, Which will prevent him from getting lost among all those stylish characters.
Robin, my favorite is the outfit from the movie Stampede. However, just like Chopper, I don't think this look works as a definitive character design. Therefore, I'm including the Gothic Lace Dress she wears in Thriller Bark, but adding a Cowgirl Hat, a classic trademark of the character, This would give that design a very distinctive look alongside all the other Strawhats members.
I want to mention Vivi, and in her case, although her princess outfit is very pretty and even fits well with the atmosphere I'm creating, My favorite look of Vivi's is the one from Episode 1154, which is very beautiful, and despite being simple, I don't think it would be overshadowed by our current roster at all, as it's a simple yet eye-catching design.
Franky, my favorite outfit of his is by far the Egghead outfit, where he looks a lot like a toy robot, My only reservation would be about Egghead's outfit not showing his legs.
But I also like the look from the movie Strong World, and both go really well with the aesthetic I'm imagining, so there are the alternatives.
Brook, my favorite is Egghead's outfit, but his best look is Soul King.
And both versions go really well with the aesthetic I'm envisioning, so I'll leave both alternatives here, just like Franky.
Jimbei, I like Egghead's tropical outfit; it matches his vibe.
Bonney, I like the outfit from the movie Stampede.
And just so I'm not left out, I love Lilith's look.
