How worried should I be? Is this a "wait and monitor" thing or a "Go to the vet now" thing?

I recently bought Dopamine on vinyl. I thought it was supposed to come with a separate 7" record containing "Mine and "All These Things", but my copy didn't have it. Was it only included in certain releases/pressings of the album? Trying to figure out if I need to return it/refund.
