Tree of heaven root suckers/ neighbors cut down with no herbicide. Should I wait until the leaves get bigger and apply a foliar herbicide like remedy or pull and cut the root and apply the herbicide at the root?

What’s worse? Option A. This is my view. Stinky TOH everywhere. Or Option B. Your neighbor hired a “landscaper” to cut down all of her poison ivy and tree of heaven sanctuary but landscaper didn’t treat any of trees with herbicide.

Preface. I already pull up several shoots a week. And I asked the landscaper if he knew about toh and he blew me off. I even offered my herbicide.

My neighbor does 0 lawn maintenance. I finally introduced myself and mentioned the huge tree between my fence and their garage. They said they had a major poison oak problem and can’t get back there to remove the trees because of that reason. I peaked over the fence, looks like next year I won’t be dealing with one tree, but the entire family will have arrived. They mentioned they called several landscape companies to help remove the poison oak, fingers crossed.

Just moved into a century home. I believe the previous owner’s toddler may have caulked the house. Jk. The bottom of the baseboard by the bathtub is going off like crazy. Am I screwed here? What would you do next? Should I just and open this up and see if any mold is growing?

Has anyone heard of local government or environmental organizations removing tree of heaven from public areas like abandoned buildings, fields, parks, or even residential homes? I’m trying to start something in my area. My city is majorly infected.

My neighbor about 5ft away has a whole farm of tree of heavens growing. Are these little suckers? Several of these pop up daily

Yall see these baby tree of heavens on my neighbors lawn. General questions:

1. I have casually mentioned (twice) that they have toh, how to properly remove it, and even offered to help

remove it.

1. Would it be too much to leave a lil print out about toh and removal procedure

in their mailbox

1. ? It’s still “small” that it won’t be terrible to remove.

I don’t want to be a Karen. But I also don’t want to move.

1. Part of tree is hovering on our property. Can I spray the leaves to help kill it?

How can we stop the crazy spread of tree of heaven? It’s taking over the city.

My neighbor has MANY tohs. I have many of these guys popping up everywhere. How do I take care of it? Should I wait for it to get bigger to use herbicide?
