I teach 11th grade World History. My peers will not budge on teaching the Holocaust through film. I have my own opinions about Holocaust movies (good, bad, etc.), but I'm curious what you all think would make the best film to teach high school students about the Holocaust.
(Presume many of them know the basic concepts, but little beyond regarding the Holocaust and what it was)
Rash has been here for a month. It gets worse at night and becomes slightly raised/elevated.
No medications. Health diet and weight. Live in rural northern Midwest state.
Please help. Doctor says “atopic dermatitis,” which felt very unhelpful as a specific rash type or cause.
Doctor provided steroid cream which I shall take.
Pokemon Lazarus is a Pokemon rom set in a Poke-themed Greece. It’s a fantastic game and the first time I’ve actually finished a Pokemon game in about 20 years. I decided to try a single-type run, using only dragons (since I’ve never really used any), and it was a [fire] blast.
I highly recommend this game, and trying a single-type play-through as though you’re attempting to become a gym leader yourself.
I thought a few months ago I signed up with Pokemon center to get emailed invites to purchase product. What happened with that? Am I just not getting the emails, or has it not started yet?
Remember - when it comes to rounding grades, just say "no." Grade rounding is ridiculous, anti-educational, causes grade inflation, and reduces the integrity of our entire academic system.
Kids get the grades they earn in the gradebook. Don't round. Just say "no."
