Poking feeling behind molar

Hello, for a few days now I’ve been having this weird uncomfortable poking sensation here. There’s also those two little hard white bumps there. It’s not painful at all but just bothersome. I know it’s not wisdoms because I got those extracted 6 years ago. I even saw my dentist and they didn’t know and said everything looks normal x ray and all. Not sure what else to do
