How can I know if I am naturally kind or if I am unconsciously trying to please others?

I made a Reddit post ( https://www.reddit.com/r/NoStupidQuestions/s/UWDdLTKrad ) explaining that, despite being nice to everyone and always helping out, they treated me like jerks. Most of the people who replied to the post said that being nice shouldn't be confused with being taken advantage of. Yet, I do it because I enjoy it, it makes me happy and others happy too, even if many people take advantage of it. But the number of repeated comments and the fact that some people thought I was lying to myself made me think. How can I know if I'm not subconsciously doing all this just to be liked?

Comment savoir si je me ment à moi-même ?

Masturbating only with the glans?

Honestly, I've always only masturbated by stimulating my glans, but could this have an impact on long-term pleasure or on sexual relations (I'm a virgin)?

Thanks for your answers.

create a math game for school

Hi everyone,

For a math class project, my group has to create a board/card game about famous mathematicians throughout history, from Ancient Greece to modern computer science (including people like Pythagoras, Newton, Ada Lovelace, Turing, etc.).

The problem is that we already made very basic games before (guess the mathematician, trivia cards, punishments, etc.), and this time we want something much more original and strategic.

Right now we are considering:

* a Werewolf/Mafia-style game with secret mathematician roles,

* or a UNO-inspired game where cards represent discoveries, eras, and famous scientists.

But we feel stuck because we don’t know what core gameplay mechanic would actually make the game fun and intelligent instead of just educational.

Do you have ideas for:

* interesting mechanics,

* ways to integrate real mathematical history,

* betrayal/cooperation systems,

* historical rivalries,

* progression systems,

* or examples of existing games that could inspire us?

We’d love something that feels like a REAL game first, and an educational project second.

Thanks!

Creating an AI stuck in 1930

Hello everyone,

I recently had an idea for a personal AI project and I would really appreciate feedback from more experienced people.

The concept would be to create an AI chatbot "trapped" in a specific historical period, for example, between 1930 and 1933. The goal wouldn't simply be to make the AI speak about the 1930s, but to allow it to respond as if it were living in that era, without knowing about future events.

For example, I would like to ask it questions like:

  • "Do you think Europe is heading towards another war?"
  • "Is the economic crisis temporary?"
  • "In your opinion, what is the future of Germany?"
  • "Will technology radically transform our daily lives?"

The AI would respond using only the information, beliefs, fears, newspapers, political ideas, and cultural context available at that time.

What fascinates me is the idea of recreating the uncertainty people experienced, rather than considering history in retrospect.

The problem is, I'm starting from scratch because I have no programming knowledge, let alone AI, even though it interests me. However, I'm really motivated by this project.

Do you have any advice? Where should I begin? How long will it take?

Je me rappele toute les vois où il m'a dépanné pour toute les soirées entre pote, alors que les films etaient payants.

J'étais déjà triste, mais je croit que le message d'adieu m'a fait verser des larmes😢... le voici pour ceux qui le veulent.

I'm a 15-year-old, and one of my goals is to learn hacking. It started as just a teenage fantasy, but since discovering Anonymous, I've become interested in the world of hacking in general. However, I currently only know the very basics of Python, and I'm getting by with Scratch. At my school, we learn almost nothing about programming.

I often hear about young people who are incredibly gifted in computer science, sometimes able to bypass systems from a very young age, which makes me wonder how they acquired these skills. I suspect there aren't any YouTube tutorials on how to bypass systems, and it's rare for people in their circle to explain how to hack a private system.

That's why I'd like to ask cybersecurity and/or hacking professionals what path they followed to reach this level. How did you learn all this? What steps, studies, projects, or resources helped you the most? In your opinion, what would be the best path to acquire solid technical skills, to have the knowledge and skills to learn professional hacking and, if possible, join Anonymous?
